ClandesTime Ep. 12: ClandesTime's End of 2013 Special

Straight from the man's mouth: "In this special end of the year episode of ClandesTime I reflect on the last 12 months, highlighting some news stories and offering my opinions on them. I also outlined how 2013 was a very important year for me personally and some of my hopes and plans for the coming year."

Max Keiser Talks 2014's Economics

I'll let the man's minions speak for him: "In this episode of the Keiser Report, Max Keiser and Stacy Herbert discuss whether or not 2014 will be one of economic and financial fallout from the 2013 Year of Bitcoin and Snowden. They look at Paul Krugman's claim that Bitcoin is evil because it's not backed by men with guns and the latest in the financial fallout from Snowden's NSA revelations in terms of contractual demands that data never enter the US. In the second half, Max interviews Barb Jacobson of basicincome2013.eu about the European Citizens Initiative for Unconditional Basic Income. Max compares it to the basic income provided to bankers through policies like quantitative easing."

Of course, here's the video. Like, subscribe, share, and have a Happy New Year.

In Case You Missed It: Corbett Talks Nullification

There's a YouTube channel called "Take a Second Look News", and most of its uploads are Corbett Report videos, making it a mirror channel. Well, today it uploaded Corbett's episode on Nullification and this episode is so good that I'm linking to this mirror (because having a backup is good) and pointing out that if you missed it then you should watch this episode where Corbett talks solutions.

First, the description: "Hardly a week goes by that we aren't faced with some new outrageous piece of legislation from the increasingly tyrannical government. But once these bills have been passed, what can we actually do about them? What if stopping this legislation was as simple as saying "no"? Join us this week on The Corbett Report as we explore the nullification solution, a long-repressed piece of political history that offers us a way out."

Administration: End of 2013 & Plans for 2014

So, we're at the last Sunday of 2013. The new year starts on Wednesday. So, what's what?

The original host for this 'blog--Xanga--shat the bed earlier this year and I relaunched Empire here. I also decided to go from a weekly to a daily posting schedule, eventually formalizing my habit into a feature. So, most of the week I'm curating the best of the alternative media out there and bringing it to your attention; on Sundays, I choose to write and post my own thoughts about something of interest and relevance. This works well enough, for now, so I'm going to keep doing that going into 2014.

However, there is something that you readers should know now. I've harbored plans to write more long-form documents--novels and novel-length non-fiction--and I've held off due to my experiences with Microsoft Word in doing that sort of thing. In short, Word is very bad at doing that; it lacks the tools that I need to do that job to my satisfaction. This Christmas I received a copy of Scrivener from my folks, which is a software suite meant for just this sort of writing work, and I intend to make good use of it in the new year. While I will keep up this 'blog, don't be surprised if I change how I keep things up--queuing up posts well before they go live as an attempt to improve my time management--in order to make room for these long-form writing projects.

Also, I want to get into podcasting and making videos (something else I lack the tools and expertise for at this time) in order to further my interests. I have user accounts at various video, streaming and podcasting accounts and it's time that I start producing stuff to upload there instead of just using them to comment or join in the chat rooms.

It's time to step it up. Got to make Empire fall.

The Century of the Self: The History of Public Relations

Coming at you from Archive.org is a British documentary on the creation of Public Relations. Here's the blurb from Archive's page: "The history of "Public Relations" also known as manufacturing the public consent, from early days with Edward Bernays to today, from selling cigarettes to women to commercial wars dressed as "war for liberty", political campaing, state-sponsored corporate lies, and world-scale deception since 1920s."

Here's your link if you want to download the files.

Or you can follow the playlist from here. Enjoy, and remember to read Propaganda thereafter for more.

Buzzsaw: CIA Corruption Vs. Freedom in America with Ray McGovern

It's Buzzsaw's last big interview of 2013. Let's see what they use for the description: "CIA corruption and the war on the 4th amendment, plus the changing face of intelligence is discussed with former CIA-turned-activist Ray McGovern. Director of National Intelligence, James R. Clapper Jr., and Edward Snowden's status as a patriot are discussed with McGovern in an interview that covers decades of intelligence gathering up to the Obama administration. Tyrel Ventura hosts this chat on Buzzsaw that is uncensored and full of need-to-know-information."

Take it for the opportunity to see what's what in the Intelligence community by one of its dissidents.

Ken O'Keefe's Documentary: "The United States of Hypocrisy vs. The Lawful Hawaiian Government"

Ken O'Keefe's 2000-ish film The United States of Hypocrisy vs. The Lawful Hawaiian Government is what I present to you today, straight from the man's YouTube channel. Below I'm reproducing in its entirety O'Keefe's description.

Description: "Produced by Ken Nichols O'Keefe in early 2001, this is the virtually unknown story of Hawaii and the hidden Genocide being committed by the American government with the use of 'blood quantum' for the purpose of eliminating the Hawaiian national; and the reason America does this? Because according to their own laws, America never lawfully annexed Hawaii*, therefore according to law Hawaii never became a state, and if the Hawaiian land was never lawfully annexed, the only true claimant to the land, is the Hawaiian national.

Could Hawaii become a free nation once more? Nichols O'Keefe not only argues the possibility, he shows the peaceful, lawful process by which the Hawaiians (kanaka maoli) intend to free themselves of the American occupation; an occupation that has lasted well over 100 years, an occupation that has turned their island paradise nation into an American Empire military outpost, one that continues to be used as a staging ground for wars of aggression resulting in ever more death and destruction.

In 2008 the legislature of the reinstated Hawaiian Government (with Representative Ken O'Keefe of District 6, Oahu) passed a law that outlaws all weapons of mass destruction in Hawaii. In this bold move the Hawaiian Government has reached out to the world to see just how serious we are about ending imperialism and American domination of the world. Thus far the world continues to be oblivious to this cause and O'Keefe argues is missing one of the greatest opportunities of our time to affect disarmament and increase the chances for peace.

* Annexation was affected by joint resolution because the two/thirds majority that was needed to annex territory was not possible. In addition, the US Congress confessed in UNITED STATES PUBLIC LAW 103-150 that Hawaii was obtained by a conspiracy to overthrow the lawful government of Hawaii and furthermore that the Hawaiian people and nation have never relinquished title to their national lands. And to add to that, the anti-annexation petition that was circulated at the time of the proposed annexation of Hawaii to the United States had the signature of virtually every single Hawaiian living at that time."

Merry Christmas! I Give You NINE HOURS AND MORE of Mark Passio

The nice people at Tragedy & Hope put up Mark Passio's massive all-day seminar on Natural Law and the Law of Attraction. I'm embedding all of those videos here because you really need to watch this shit, and yes that includes the other guy--Arthur Capozzi--doing the introduction. Merry Christmas, folks.

Justice Inequality For Rich & Poor, Black + White

This episode of The Lip's Crime Time talks about a recent murder case where a privileged young man got off on a light sentence. While some folks familiar with the local culture have argued that this sentence means that this man will be under the state's thumb well past the age of legal majority, not all see it this way. For my part, I see this sort of thing as the manifestation of the moral corruption of a community diseased by Empire. I'm embedding the whole episode below, but the Affluenza thing is discussed right away; the other cases relating to the episode's topic focus are of interest, as they too show this corruption. (Note: the host and the guests are far more mainstream in their thinking than what you see on Buzzsaw, so don't expect radically different argumentation.)

Administration: Holiday Weeks Notice

I too like to enjoy these year-end holidays, and I will prioritize remembering why I do this blog by keeping up those connections with friends and family; if I see something of note or import, you bet I'll post it straight away, but if I miss it and thus a day goes by without a post then DON'T PANIC. I am out having a good time with the important people in my life, not being eaten by zombie reptilians from Orion in a ritual sacrifice to Cthulhu as part of a scheme to gaslight the world into thinking that Channing Tatum is The World's Greatest Actor. Stay merry, my friends.

The Crossroads of Technological Unemployment

I think that we've hit a breakpoint this year. Specifically, I think we've passed a critical point in the automation of the world's economy, and now the end-result of technological unemployment is inevitable. Within the next 15 years more and more jobs will be eliminated entirely as machines and software prove themselves superior to human labor in all of the ways that matter to the owners, and with it comes a problem that has to be addressed if we are to benefit from these technological innovations. Let me elaborate on this issue.

Right now, our global paradigm requires that each individual somehow acquire an arbitrarily-determined amount of currency--paper or digits, really--to pay to stay alive. We do this through occupying various positions of employment, and most of us occupy positions whose compensation does not match the time and effort demanded of us; we are the ones who will soon be permanently unemployed because robots and software will make our positions irrelevant as well as too costly to retain. For those of us not immanently threatened, we will instead be degraded in prestige (and thus payment) through first de-skilling the position's duties and then automating away entirely; add 5-15 years to your obsolescence as a worker if you're a professional or tradesman, depending upon how much creativity or social interaction is required. If we lack employment, and we don't already have a commanding position of investable wealth to work for us, then we soon find our place tenuous and we slip out of acceptability and find ourselves marginalized.

The technological unemployment now occurring means that there will be fewer and fewer jobs, as well as fewer and fewer replacements, so that more people are permanently thrown out of the job market. They can't retrain faster than the would-be jobs are taken out through a new robot or software suite, so the remaining position that pay well will be those positions that require qualities that only Mankind possesses. Everything else will be done by a robot or by software. As we are soon to reach a tipping point where our economic paradigm no longer functions due to the unemployed population becoming far too large to handle, there is a choice that must be made for Mankind to continue.

Empire and its Thralls want to take this crisis point to cull the population, reduce it by a number so great--80-90%--that it freaks out the minds of many who confront the scenario before them. To make this happen, they want to weaponize the drones and automate the military and security services such that the Praetorian Guard flaw ceases to exist; they want the ability to give unquestioned orders to commit genocide upon any population that proves to be at all troublesome no matter the cause for discontent. In short, they want to BE Skynet and have unbeatable hordes of Hunter-Killer Terminators at hand to deal with those populations that do not succumb to the other measures that they want to use--and are now using--to slowly (in terms of decades or generations) make the same goal come about.

What Empire and its Thralls are now aware of as a threat is that enough individuals, around the gloves, now exist and are now communicating across the globe all that they know. Flaws are now corrected at rates heretofore unthinkable. Axioms in this wretched paradigm have been examined, and are now being used against the Thralls; we don't have to pay to be alive on this planet and a growing mass of the global population is aware that practical ways to make technological unemployment truly beneficial to Mankind are possible. Right now, the Swedes are due to vote on a national referendum to implement a Basic Income Guarantee of $2800/month (to use U.S. Dollars) and you don't have to do a god-damned thing to get it. This is in addition to any income you get from a job, and by itself is more than sufficient to keep you fed, clothed and housed at a respectable level; it takes away the existential threat to one's life, allowing you to pursue your passions and actually enjoy being alive instead of slaving away for the benefit of others.

Right now, it's a race between the would-be genocidal elite and the resistance that wants to liberate Mankind from the millenia of shit work that kills the spirit and ruins the lives of the vast majority of Mankind. If you want to see the better tomorrow, then participate in the monkeywrenching of the drone-enforced police state and support measures that wreck the paradigm entirely like Basic Income.

Corbett on Global Research TV: Media Lies While Syrians Die - Media Disinformation and the Syrian War

Corbett's description: "Months after the events took place, Pulitzer prize winning journalists and others are finally reporting about the lies and manipulations of the US government regarding the recent chemical weapons attack in Syria. Far from shining a light on the true situation in the country, however, these reports continue to avoid the underlying causes and explanations for what is happening in Syria, and the forces that are behind it. This is the GRTV Backgrounder on Global Research TV."

Yes, you can count on similar manipulations occurring in outlets tied to other actors who wanted something other than what the Anglo-American Establishment faction wanted out of Syria, so that dog don't hunt; what's important here is to remind we in the West that our so-called "civil servants" instead think themselves our masters and treat us with the contempt that imperialists always give to their subjects.

BoilingFrogsPost Roundtable 2: What is Greenwald Covering Up?

Now up at the Corbett Report is Episode 2 of the BoilingFrogsPost Roundtable. Here's what the description says: "Welcome to the second pilot edition of BFP Roundtable. In this episode James, Guillermo and I discuss the controversy surrounding the Glenn Greenwald, Omidyar-PayPal and NSA connections. We talk about the glacial pace at which the Snowden documents are being released, Greenwald's book and video deals, the new news venture with eBay co-founder Pierre Omidyar, the things that Greenwald doesn't report on, and the public's tendency to put people on pedestals. Don't miss this controversial edition of the BFP Roundtable" (And I guess that "I" means Sibel Edmonds.)

I find the skepticism about Snowden refreshing in light of the uncritical attention that he gets out of Alex Jones and other alternative media outlets.

Buzzsaw: Hunger Games "Terror" Protest, Drone Restrictions + CIA Torture

It's the new episode of Buzzsaw. Happy Holidays.

The KISS Maxim: Yes, It Applies Here Also

Today it's a short, but sweet, post.

As my support for Thomas Sheridan shows, I'm not much of a fan of the whackado. While I am well aware that Empire and its Thralls are a bunch of liars and schemers who prey upon us as vampires prey upon men, that doesn't mean that I assume the supernatural as an explanation. Psychology alone is more than enough to explain the presence of mind control, especially once considered in light of the practical applications we see in the craft of the stage magician--a non-predatory use of the con-man's skills for the purpose of delighting, entertaining and (at its best) educating the public in order to proof them against predatory deceivers--and the disciplines of Advertising/Marketing/Public Relations. No need to presume that shapeshifting invisible demons are at all in play when ordinary applied science explains things quite well.

As with "mind control", so it is with many others. Occam's Razor may often cut to Crazytown, but even then there's a certain skepticism that should be applied because there's no need to call upon powerful extra-dimensional entities to move a tea cup when you can just rig it conventionally ahead of time and bullshit the mark otherwise. Aliens, ghosts, demons, etc. should not be assumed to be the case out of hand; be like Sherlock and do what it takes to eliminate all impossibilities- and go one step further to push for confirmation, multiple times from independent entities. Then, whatever remains is the truth, however improbable, because those are the facts and that is the best explanation for them.

Yes, I'm repeating myself from some months ago, but it bears such repetition. This is not to say that I don't believe it impossible for whackado things to exist, but rather that it is wise and prudent to ensure that more mundane and reasonable means to make things happen are NOT in play before breaking out the ritual magic tools and making contact with entites from distant planes.

So, What Kind of Anarchist Are You Mr. Walker?

Previously, I wrote at length as to why I am not an Anarcho-Capitalist. Today, it's the other side, and by that I mean the Anarcho-Syndicalists/Communists/etc.- in other words, the left-leaning sort.

The problem with the Anarcho-Capitalists (henceforth, "An-Cap(s)") is that they refuse to recognize Capitalism as the predatory thing that it is, which is why cronyism and gangsterism are inevitable developments and cannot help but lead to the creation of the State as a means of creating a differential edge that cannot be countered: the power of the State in service to their interests.

By comparison, the problem with Anarcho-Collectivists (as that is what synidcalism, communism and so on build their argument upon) is that they refuse to recognize that the same phenomenon that produces the centralization of power in the An-Cap paradigm still exists in the Anarcho-Collectivist paradigm (henceforth, "An-Col(s)"): the presence of the potential for centralized power draws predatory people who seeks that power and will do what it takes to get it, inevitably leading to corruption of the collective and its transformation into a new State.

Let me break that down.

The premise of the An-Cols is that practical sovereignty is only viable when one surrenders or sublimates their individual existence and identity into that of a group of some sort--a union, a village, a free company, etc.--which possesses the economic capital required to establish and maintain a truly autonomous community. The small religious commune is an An-Col manifestation. The worker-owned collective is an An-Col manifestation. The problem with these, and all others that conform to this pattern, is that these are not emergent gatherings that perform a function that Natural Law demands. You don't need a co-operative to cultivate land, grow food, establish a homestead and raise a family; you don't need a commune, a union, or any other formal social construct either.

The family and the homestead are naturally-occurring emergent organizations, existing to fulfill purposes necessary for individuals to survive and thrive, and when no longer necessary they dissolve as easily as they emerged. These lawful institutions, and these alone, are all that Mankind needs to overcome any challenge or achieve any goal. This is because these entities are most friendly to the development and refinement of the individual when functioning properly; all other institutions--especially the State--are poor copies of these two naturally-emerging institutions. Even when they function improperly, they function well enough to still be better than any artifice of Man. These poor copies lack the elements that prevent, for the most part, the creation of cults and other destructive mind controls that turn these things into gangs and then into new States as the transformation concludes and crystalizes into the end-stage of predatory paradigms.

That's right, folks: I am an Individualist. I see collectivism of all sorts as nothing more than openings for predatory personalities--psychopaths--to slip into positions of power within these collectives, turn them away from their original purpose and towards making them into personal fiefdoms. The end result is that these become cults--religious, business, political or otherwise--and cults inevitably turn their totalitarian authoritarianism away from their own and towards outsiders, which is usually when they become States. In other words, the An-Col path is also a sucker's path because it is nothing more than the creation of the conditions needed to create a cult or gang, and then grow it from there until it becomes the State and thus has become the thing it was made to destroy.

The Individualist path, which eschews Capitalism as being predatory inherently and Collectivism as being a self-destructive delusion, seeks nothing but mastery over oneself. The family naturally emerges because being a child is the first experience of being the student, and raising a child is the practice of being the mentor as dictated by life itself; the household naturally emerges as the most efficient way to collect and distribute the resources required to accomplish this task. As each child is a unique individual, only the unique attention of individual mentors is sufficient to fully develop one's abilities and discover one's method of employing them in this life. No form of collectivism permits this in practice (just as no capitalist system does in practice) as collectives see people as capitalists do--just human resources, one or two steps away from being proper money--and therefore cannot help but to violate the inherent rights of a child in service to unnatural demands of the predatory paradigm. It is child sacrifice to blood-thirsty demon-gods in all but name. Only by holding to the way of the Individual, perfectly sovereign in himself and acknowledging the same quality in all others, can one fulfill the potential to achieve true and real autonomy and freedom that Anarchism offers to Mankind.

This is what sort of Anarchist I am, and by walking this path I will live to see Empire fall.

The Copyright Theater on YouTube over Videogames is a Sign of the Times

This is an unusual choice, but I'm bringing it to your attention because it is indicative of a larger trend. It is no secret that much new technology is disruptive of established business models, networks and practices; such disruptions will not go unanswered, and these usually take the form of legal acts made viable by corrupt politicians and an ignorant judiciary. What we're looking at here is a challenged sector, under threat, striking back at those who seek to supplant these established actors.

As I said above, this is indicative of a larger trend, and that trend is one of challenged elite actors getting their Sith Lord--Empire Strikes Back--and attempting via legal and economic manipulation (fostered by compliant media and incompetent talking heads) to shut down the efforts of individuals who (for reasons fair or foul) seek to make obsolete and irrelevant the established system of domination and control- starting with information and other data. This is a specific example of suppression of challengers to Empire as an example of the larger trend.

The video below, therefore, is focused on the matter of certain videogame corporations acting against YouTube channels and personalities breaking the established marketing scam that pretends to be videogame journalism; when you watch it, read the issue in the form of Empire's Thralls in the economy using bought-and-paid-for political assets to suppress alternatives to their media infrastructure- and with it, their control over what information (what data) individuals access (and thus control over their thinking; control of input means control of output). Also, pay attention to the point made about the importance of the personality in presenting a message; we would be well served in heeding the importance of performance.

Thomas Sheridan: The Normalization of Psychopathy

Sheridan's radio show spends its first hour today on the emerging trend, fostered by the elite, to normalize psychopathy now that Sheridan and others like him (as explained at his linked blog post) have forced the elite to react to their exposure of what psychopathy really is and how to deal with it.

Larken Rose: What Limits?

I'll let Larken's description speak for itself: "To all those who still talk about representative government, will of the people, consent of the governed, and limited government, it's time to face reality. Here is one reason why." (Hint: Because it's all bullshit made-up word-sorcery that has no substance in reality.)

Buzzsaw: Economic Hitmen and the American Empire with John Perkins

Buzzsaw's latest long-form interview is by Sean Stone with John Perkins on what the Anglo-American Empire (a.k.a. the Globalist Regime, the Corporate Empire, the Bansters Syndicate, etc.), what I refer to as the latest incarnation of Empire's paradigm. He needs no further introduction; his Wikipedia page will do, and you really should read the books that he wrote--Confessions of an Economic Hitman and Hoodwinked--to get what he's about. In short, Perkins exposed what Capitalism really is and how it really works when it reaches its mature form- contrary to Libertarian/Anarcho-Capitalist claims.

Empire Consumes The Gifted

Synchronicity happens. Today, I get up and while I'm drinking my coffee I'm checking in with my friends and acquaintances via the usual social media outlets when I see that a game designer by the name of John Wick shared a link to this article about existential depression in gifted children. A Google search reveals plenty of reposts, so I won't reproduce it again here (follow the link and come back), but as I read the article I felt that familiar anger again.

You see, 30+ years ago I was that gifted child suffering acutely and severely from existential depression. As this was the 1970s and 1980s in a working class family, a working class neighborhood and a working class school district (in other words, a system designed to produce proles--human resources--for the corporate sector to consume and discard) you should not be surprised to find that the adults legally responsible for my safety and well-being UTTERLY FAILED to do their job. Their incompetence, as I know now, was not entirely accidental; the Prussian system we use world-wide to school and train (not educate) children has no intention of making good use of gifted children that don't arise out of the high-class families that run and own this system of human resource farming that fraudulently calls itself "civilization". (Yes, that's a global thing; it's just as much a shit-canning of the common man in the West as it is in the East, in the North as in the South- if you're not one of the elite, you're just a thing to be stuck in place and ground up before being yanked out and cast off as old and busted. That's our global system, and no amount of gilding the cage can conceal this from those with eyes to see and ears to hear.)

My abandonment of this shit milieu, my transformation of my frustration into an anger-fueled passion to expose to one and all that this is not the real world--but instead a bullshit fake meatgrinder that pretends that it's a wonderland, a Matrix where everyone's conned into thinking that they can be what they want if they just (insert bullshit fraudulent claim here)--stems from that childhood experience. I learned, as I now see clearly, that I got at a pre-school age just how full of shit this world really was; I lacked the language to express it, and I had not the experience to process it, but I knew that this world was bullshit and no amount of cajoling from the system--formally, by way of government agents, or informally by the adults in my life--did anything to prove otherwise. Indeed, their reactions confirmed my findings.

Every other aspect of "normal" life just served to reinforce this conclusion over the years. Since the physical frontiers are closed, I abandoned this world emotionally and mentally instead for those frontiers. (And yes, as soon as that former frontier reopens, I am out of here. No, that story about the company claiming to colonize Mars is not believable; undersea colonization will happen first.) It's not worth saving, let alone serving, so I now await the inevitable collapse that Empire's fraud must experience. Then there will be a window of time, a liminal space, where I can intervene and put down this cancer for good and never again should there be any of this horror visited upon we that are gifted. Call it the Magneto Option if you like, but that would be misleading; I am not only an anarchist, but also an individualist (as no institution created by Mankind has ever done what individuals in lawful community could not do, and Empire always turns them into organs of his parasitic predation; we don't need what is not emergent in Nature when it comes to such things- the family alone is lawful).

Empire consumes the Gifted. It fears what these best expressions of Mankind could do if it didn't prey upon them, turn those it can into Thralls and cripple or kill the rest. (I could myself lucky to merely live in exile.) If we want this phenomenon to end, then we must kill Empire and bring the system down for good. Empire Must Fall.

Buzzsaw: Congress Failing Grades, Pentagon Weapons Sale + Bitcoins Worth More Than Gold

It's Friday, so TheLip.TV has a new episode of Buzzsaw for us to take in, and here's what the interns who handle the video uploads wrote as the video's description:

"Congress has received a 6% approval rating from the public, innocent black students have been arrested while waiting for the bus, and the value of Bitcoins has soared to above that of gold. We look at these stories, plus Gov. Scott Walker asking parents to donate their Christmas gift money to his campaign, more civilian death fallout in Afghanistan, the Pentagon selling off weapons to various countries, and King Leopold II--the overlooked genocidal ruler of the Congo. We also reflect on the death of Nelson Mandela, all on the Buzzsaw news with Tyrel Ventura and Tabetha Wallace"

The True Costs of War: Stefan Molyneux of Freedomain Radio speaks at the University of Toronto

Today, I'm bringing to you an address that Stefan Molyneux gave recently at the University of Toronto in Canada regarding war and how the institutions that benefit from it conceal the true costs that warfare imposes upon all involved in it and instead sells both victor and victim on a fantasy that makes it acceptable--even when on the business end of it--to them instead.

Peter Joseph in Berlin: Economic Calculation in a Natural Law / Resource-Based Economy

Peter Joseph gave this address at a Zeitgeist Movement event in Berlin, Germany recently. This is a long one, coming in at two hours at 45 minutes, but it is well worth your time. The address, as the title indicates, focuses upon the issue of economic calculation--one of the consistent complains from the Anarcho-Capitalists--and how it works in a world that's run on a resource-based economy.

Jesse Ventura - The Assassination of JFK & American Geopolitics

My former governor appears on Red Ice Radio to talk JFK, politics and conspiracy. I now quote the description: "Jesse Ventura is the former Independent governor of Minnesota. He is also a former US Navy Frogman, professional wrestler, movie actor, visiting fellow at Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and New York Times bestselling author. He was the host and executive producer for TruTV's Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura. He'll discuss his new book, They Killed Our President: 63 Reasons to Believe There Was a Conspiracy to Assassinate JFK. 2013 marks the fifty-year anniversary of the tragic event that changed the way citizens view the honesty and integrity of their government. Today, the majority of Americans believe the government was involved in both the assassination and the cover-up. According to a 2003 Gallup poll, 75 percent of Americans believe some kind of conspiracy occurred. We'll discuss absurdities and suspicious behavior surrounding the case against Lee Harvey Oswald, who was accused by the Warren Commission to be behind the assassination of JFK, despite denying the involvement and not spending a single day in court. Two days later, while being transferred from police headquarters to the county jail, Oswald was shot and killed by Jack Ruby in full view of television cameras broadcasting live. Later, we'll discuss current politics, including foreign policy, political parties, gun control and one world government. Jesse ends speaking about the words of the America forefathers who reminded us to remain vigilant in order to keep the country intact."

Jon Rappoport - The Individual vs. The Planned State

Today I'm bringing to you the most recent episode of Radio 3Fourteen, a Red Ice Creations radio show.

Description: Jon Rappoport is an investigative journalist, author and publisher of the web site nomorefakenews.com. He returns to discuss the ongoing conspiracy to collectivize humanity. Collectivism isn't about a mass outpouring of share and care and is not what will bring freedom. We'll discuss collectivism as a psyop and the usual prose formulated around this grand psyop. Jon explains the historical roots of collectivism that has tentacles in government, education and social sciences. Then, we talk about how the Individual is fading out as a concept. Individualism is becoming a myth, which plays in perfectly to facilitate the agenda of the "planned state." We talk about why the state hates the individual. Jon also elaborates on how collectivist reality is being manufactured and accepted. He says, "This is the way the world ends. Not with a bang, not with a whimper, but with a heavily armed, surveilled Disneyland. Everyone takes the same rides and eats the same cotton candy. In this cartoon called reality, whoever declines and defects is reeducated." Later, we discuss the collectivists' faith in state and the prospect of a socialist, egalitarian utopia with all its contradictions. Meanwhile, the notion of individual freedom and a free society is being associated with fear and evil deeds. The massive media control, brain washing and propaganda is indicative of just how afraid the controlling factions are of the individual. The hour ends speaking on freedom, which has no limit.

Freedentity: Life in the Transnational Republic (from BoilingFrogsPost)

This is James Corbett's latest report for Boiling Frogs Post's Eyeopener Report. The video below is an abbreviated sample of the full report, which is behind the paywall for at least three weeks. (If you want to see it sooner than that, buy a subscription or wait for someone who has one to download the full report and re-upload it somewhere.)

Description: Our identities are increasingly taking the form of 'things' separate from ourselves: passports, IP addresses, customer loyalty cards. As long as we continue to allow outside entities to control, define and distribute these tokens of identity, we yield to outside agents the power over our personhood itself. Join us this week on the BoilingFrogsPost.com Eyeopener report as we explore the concept of "freedentity" and look at how activists are using innovative methods to undermine corporate and political attempts to control our identity.

There Is No Such Thing As "Crony Capitalism"

Anarcho-Capitalists and their Libertarian counterparts push, as an axiom of their paradigm, that there is such a thing as "pure capitalism" and therefore the "crony capitalism" we see all over the world today--this increasingly globalized corporatist prison planet--is an aberration that must be destroyed so the purity of true capitalism can be witnessed for all and sundry.

As my cousins across the pond would say, "BOLLOCKS!"

Peter Joseph said it best when he clashed with Stefan Molyneux: The Anarcho-Capitalist/Libertarian "Free Market" set are willfully blind to differential advantage, and therefore are dishonest in their defenses of the market and Capitalism because they refuse to address this very real emergent property of their paradigm as it actually works in the real world.

The capitalist assumes, as an axiom, that competition between rivals and enemies is ultimately beneficial for all Mankind because this competition in the marketplace--the "free market"--for the attention, and therefore the custom, of others forces capitalist enterprises to innovate their way into superior efficiencies at every point of their operation or they will be beaten out of existence by those same rivals and enemies. As this is the way that one's means to survive and thrive are gotten, this puts the weight of existential threat behind one's efforts in the marketplace. Therefore, it is inevitable that one will seek out and hold on to any possible difference that grants an advantage to you while denying the same to your rivals and enemies. Failure to do so will destroy you.

When the stakes reach the level of an existential threat, Fight Or Flight thinking cuts into the OODA Loop, and rivals quickly transition into a hit list of enemies that must be annihilated as security threats. The obsession with seeking differential advantage, and denying it to others, quickly translates into "If I am the only option, then why not destroy my enemies?" and that translates into committing violence upon those same others. This is where the capitalist marriage to the State arises.

Gangsterism is the origin of all government, and capitalism--because of differential advantage--inevitably leads to gangsterism; if there is no State, or it is in the hands of enemies, the capitalist will create one the old fashioned way (as the Mexican cartels are now). Otherwise it will align itself with the State, trading support in exchange for State intervention in the capitalist's favor; the need for differential advantage compels the capitalist to use the violence of the State as a proxy for its own gangsterism, wielding the State's power to destroy enemies and create advantages for itself that a rival cannot handle without also attempting to buy favors from the State. The State and the Capitalist are compelled into this marriage. This is why "crony capitalism" is NOT an aberration; it is, instead, the fully mature state of the capitalist paradigm- Fascism and Inverted Totalitarianism are the Endgame Stage of Capitalism, making Anarchy impossible.

This is why no amount of economic reform will bring about the structural changes necessary to be compatible with Natural Law. The Anarcho-Capitalists and their friends are deluding themselves if they think that their way is NOT going to destroy them in the end, which is why I cannot stand with them and instead go with the Zeitgeist Movement and the Venus Project as more practical alternatives; the An-Caps are Patsies for Empire, and so are their Libertarian counterparts, making them allies only to a given point past which they become counter-productive to Man's freedom. No amount of crying "voluntarism" can fix this fatal flaw, and so I brush aside the black-and-yellow An-Cap banner in favor of something better and for now am just another Anarchist In Black. (Because I'm not that keen on the An-Coms or the An-Socs either.)

Buzzsaw: LBJ and the Killing of JFK

You knew that I wasn't about to miss the other big anniversary this weekend. Here's Buzzsaw's episode with Roger Stone, author of The Man Who Killed Kennedy - The Case Against LBJ, which goes into the involvement of Lyndon B. Johnson with the assassination of President Kennedy. I'll save you the time and repeat the Description and Author Bio here:

Description: Lyndon Johnson and the conspiracy to kill John F. Kennedy are discussed with "The Man Who Killed Kennedy - The Case Against JBJ," author Roger Stone. The involvement of big oil, the CIA, sniper Malcolm Mac Wallace and how Gerald Ford was involved in the cover up are discussed in this interview that goes down the rabbit hole of government conspiracy. We debunk the agenda of the Warren Commission and Bill O'Reilly in this Buzzsaw interview hosted by Tyrell Ventura. (ED: This is erroneously attributed to Sean Stone.)

Guest Bio: Roger Stone is a legendary American Republican political consultant who has played a key role in the election of Republican presidents from Richard Nixon to Ronald Reagan to George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush. Stone is the author of, "The Man Who Killed Kennedy - the Case Against LBJ," (Skyhorse).

Commentary: Christ, folks, this is why I remain a Buzzsaw subscriber. Roger Stone's the sort of investigator that mainstream media not only does not do anymore, but actively excoriates on behalf of the Thralls of Empire running this open-air prison plantation that is our world. The man's making an argument using researchable, verifiable sources- some of which are primary sources. In an honest media environment, this would produce a firestorm in the American culture overnight. This is worth your time, and the book is worth your reading attention; take notes, check his references, and decide if Stone has it right for yourself.

It Can't Rain All The Time: The Day of the Doctor and Why "Doctor Who" Is Such a Great Ally Against Empire

I do have my things that I enjoy, and by and large they have a theme running through them: the choice to embrace, whatever the cost, the hope for better tomorrows and the rejection of cynicism and defeat. Today, one that my father introduced to me when I was a child--Doctor Who--aired its 50th Anniversary Special: The Day of the Doctor. Sure, there's going to be people whining about this bit, picking nits over that bit and so on, but the thing that encourages me is that many fellow Whovians actually grok what this episode is about (not that it's subtle about it, but still many do miss the key elements until well after the fact) that very core ethos.

Culture matters. This is a struggle of ideas, and therefore of ideals, and this means that the core of the struggle against Empire is to kill the ideas that are at the core of this toxic meme. Doctor Who's core ethos, to quote the excellent Craig Ferguson cold open about the show, is about the triumph of intellect and romance (in the literary or artistic sense) over brute force (violence, as Mark Passio recently defined it) and cynicism. When at its best--and, having seen this special, it was at its best--this is what elevates the human mind and spirit above the clouds of Empire's pollution of thought and belief, granting it the clarity and perspective necessary to see reality for what it truly is: far more abundant, merciful and forgiving than we're led to believe that it is by Empire- all we need to do is cooperate with it and we can do and be truly great things.

We should never ignore our emotions, anymore than we should ignore our logical minds. Emotion fills in the spaces that logical, linear thought cannot fill itself; this is what Passio's talking about in his presentations, and when Doctor Who is on point it says the same thing in different terms. To win this struggle, we must embrace the power that emotion possesses and use it in its lawful purpose as a compliment to our logic; to bring Left and Right Brain function back into harmony and striving together towards common purpose is what a healthy culture must do to survive and thrive wherever it may exist. Doctor Who is one expression of that healthy culture's crying out for examples to inspire us, to make fiction into reality, to bring sanity where none exists, and remember hope where it is scrubbed so viciously out of a people.

So all you writers, musicians, photographers, painters, inkers, pencilers, singers, editors, sound engineers, dancers, choreographers- you too have a real and vital purpose, one that is necessary and not trivial- not expendable nor a luxury. You are the memory, the archive, the right brain function of your nation and your species- you exist to remember Care, to force forth feelings necessary and proper when and where needed, and through Care revive and bring purpose to Right Action (to use Passio's terms), and thus healthy function to individuals and communities alike.

Below I'm embedding Ferguson's cold open, for those who've not seen it, because it's awesome in its own right as well as a succinct summary of why this show is such a great ally in the cultural front against Empire. (Note: This occurred early in Matt Smith's run as The Doctor.)

The Zeitgeist Movement: London TownHall with Peter Joseph, November 15th 2013

Taken from TZM's official YouTube channel, the embedded video below is a nearly two-hour meeting consisting primarily of Question & Answer Time. This is a video taken by members about members talking about issues of relevance to the movement and its future operations, and it shows that--despite issues with Anarcho-Capitalists and the Patriot Community--the Movement understands the underpinnings of Civilization and Empire, and are striking at the root of the problem; while the ACs and the Patriots, for all intents and purposes, run interference the Zeitgeist folks are putting together the superior alternative that will be ready to go when Empire finally falls and Mankind is able to fully embrace Civilization as it really can be.

Red Ice Radio: Mike Mtcham on the Dangers of the Smart Grid and Artificial Biopshere

Our friends at Red Ice Radio have another two hour interview (the second is behind the paywall) worth your time, and this one is with a man by the name of Mike Mitcham on the topic of smart meters (and, by extension, the so-called "Internet of things", a.k.a. the Smart Grid). The Description, quoted here, is all that you need to know before starting the embedded audio:

Description: Mike Mitcham is a researcher and activist, with a background in IT systems consulting. In January 2012, he co-founded Stop Smart Meters! (UK) to raise awareness among the public about the dangers of Smart Meters and our rights to refuse them. To date, the campaign has served over 100,000 Legal Notices to entities and individuals pushing the Smart Metering agenda on behalf of nearly 1,400 people.

Following concerted efforts to appeal to Government policymakers and advisors, Mike and co-founder Dr. Elizabeth Evans were asked to give evidence at a televised Parliamentary Select Committee Hearing at the Palace of Westminster in April 2013. Mike was recently featured in Take Back Your Power, a documentary by Josh del Sol which examines the realities of the "Smart Grid." Our discussion centers on the major privacy and health concerns with the smart grid and the development of "the internet of things."

We also talk about the new IPv6 internet communications protocol and RFID development. Mike explains the security vulnerabilities of the smart grid and how the smart meter could allow government, corporations and hackers to monitor your behavior based on electricity usage. In the second hour, we discuss DARPA's development of mechanical bees as a means to solve colony collapse disorder. Later, we discuss the rise of infertility and the possible future scenario of state or corporate control of human reproduction. With the developments of such things as the artificial uterus and artificial sperm, mankind might be heading down a very dark road."

Again, only the first hour is publicly available (and thus uploaded by Red Ice Creations to their YouTube account). The second is behind their paywall, until such time as they decide to release it or a subscriber records and releases it themselves, so either look for someone to do that or buy yourself a subscription. That said, enjoy the interview's first hour.

Breaking The Set's Exclusive Interview with Peter Joseph of the Zeitgeist Movement

Last week, RT America's Breaking The Set interviewed Peter Joseph again, and the full interview (embedded below) goes about a half-hour in length. Peter's questioned about the core elements of the Zeitgeist Movement, and Abby Martin actually lets him answer. (In the interest of disclosure, Abby is friendly towards TZM, so one can--if one were a dick--interpret this professional and respect attitude as being in the tank for the Movement, but I don't see it that way; a truly biased presentation would be a total soft-ball lovefest that doesn't even attempt to go as far as this interview did.) I'm posting it here for your convenience.

Red Ice Radio: Jason Erb on Economic History and Alternative Currencies

Recently, Red Ice Radio (at Red Ice Creations) interviewed a man by the name of Jason Erb on the matter of economic history and alternative currencies. I'll let Red Ice's blurb speak for itself:

"Jason Erb joins us from Ontario, Canada where he started the website Exposing Faux Capitalism during the global financial collapse in 2008. We'll hear about a number of topics such as the history of the monetary system, credit default swaps, debt based currency and compound interest. Jason explains how the currency system is run by belief, confidence and control of information but nothing is there to back it up. In the second hour, he'll speak more about one world currency, The World Bank and the Bank of International Settlements. Then, we'll get into regional currencies and alternatives such as BitCoin, Mountain Hours and others. We'll also discuss how Europe went from being against usury or interest, to favoring it. Jason takes it all the way back to Grecian B.C. times. Later, we'll zoom forward and discuss the future of the Euro as many have speculated that it will collapse, causing countries to opt out of the centralized government clutches."

Below is the YouTube video covering the first hour of this two-hour interview. The second is behind the pay wall, alas, and thus I cannot embed it here for your convenience. If you want to hear it, then I recommend taking out a subscription at Red Ice Radio; your other alternative is to wait for someone to upload it, which may take a while. Enjoy, and I hope that you get something useful out of this interview.

The Fatal Flaw of Anarcho-Capitalism: It's the Psychopaths, Stupid

I have an issue with the anarcho-capitalists (and, by extension, libertarianism), one that does not get acknowledged, above and beyond the matter of structural violence (and their denial of it): their conception of a free marketplace and a capitalist economy cannot possibly happen so long as psychopaths exist.

Stefan Molyneux, Adam Kokesh and the rest of that camp refuse to acknowledge that the psychopath problem is the sticking point that makes their paradigm a non-starter. They refuse to acknowledge that predators exist, that these predators--being cunning folk--know better than to fight fair; they can, and they will, shape the terrain to their advantage every single time. In plain terms, they fetter the market and seek to centralize power in their hands- they seek dominance and authority, which means that they are the shitsacks that create the State whenever it doesn't exist because that's what criminal masterminds do- first the gang boss, then the godfather, then the lord major, then king, then emperor and eventually god-emperor of all Mankind.

This is because A-Cs erroneously conceive of what Capitalism really is. They think it's a sport, where competition is restrained by good character via the ethics of sportsmanship; psychopaths, anarcho-communinists, anarcho-syndicalists, the Zeitgeist Movement and the Venus Project all acknowledge (in their own language) that this is bullshit- that Capitalism is really War By Economic Means, which is why the end-game of it always involves the creation of the State and the rise of either Fascism or Inverted Totalitarianism (i.e. Corporatism of one form or another) and finally a full-on manifestation of a Feudal system of masters and serfs/slaves. In other words, Capitalism--so long as psychopaths exist--cannot be ANYTHING other than Empire given a non-Mannish form; violation of the Non-Aggression and Self-Defense Principles (Sacred Feminine and Masculine, respectively) is inevitable, and thus the A-C paradigm is doomed to fail.

This is why I can't go along with Thomas Sheridan's "no contact ever again" solution; it just pushes the problem on to someone else (which he does admit) and does not actually solve the predation problem, yet I share his concern over the very real possibility of a witch hunt so I can't scream "EXTERMINATE!" like I'm a Dalek (IRONY!) either, which is where I'm stuck. I don't know what solution can be had that is both effective and moral, yet, other than to deal with each individually as they prey upon we common people (whereupon the Self-Defense Principle legitimates retribution via force). I'd rather find a solution that works at the highest possible level, yet meets those moral requirements, such as a gene treatment to kill the genetic root of psychopathy; once the born-that-way cohort (who cannot be fixed conventionally; it just makes them better predators) are gone, the secondary strain--the ones abused by the primaries into this dysfunction--can be repaired conventionally and thus their predatory culture wiped out of Creation forever.

The Fraud of War

Smedley Butler is the man--a career U.S. Marine Corp officer, retiring as a Major General--who coined the phrase "War is a racket." (His article over at Wikipedia is here.)

Today is Veteran's Day in the United States, Remembrance Day in most Commonwealth nation-states, and otherwise known as Armistice Day. Originating out of the first World War, this originated as a day to bring back to mind the massive slaughter and ruin of that war. It has, instead, become a pillar of the imperial cult--the secular religion--of the Anglo-American world: The Cult of the Soldier. This insidious, perfidious and corrosive cult exists as a way for Empire and its Thralls to corral the minds of the population into control and then to execute its will upon Civilization.

The Big Lie that the Cult of the Soldier promotes is this: You Fight For Freedom.

This is utter bullshit. The United States has not fought a single war for freedom since, arguable, the War of 1812 (which did not end as well as many Americans are taught that it did) and some argue that it hasn't been so since the end of the American Revolution. (Other nation-states are no better, and often even worse records.) The narratives told, in the U.S. and elsewhere, about the wars fought by those governments in the name of the nation are often a load of crap: half-truths, outright lies, and suppressed evidence meant to cover up the true purposes of these wars- and, therefore, the true objectives and beneficiaries.

Both Iraq wars are wars over oil and geo-politics, fought by we common people--utterly expendable human resources accounted as worth less than the natural resources at issue--for the benefit of Anglo-American oligarchs in government as well as their private corporate fellow travellers. Afghanistan is another similar move, this time for lithium and oil pipeline routes (and that sweet heroin revenue) while cock-blocking Iran as well as China and Russia. Vietnam began with the Gulf of Tonkin fraud, fought for geo-political positioning abroad, social engineering at home (the latter of which they got) and fueling the shadow government that is the merging of the military, intelligence agencies and their private corporate partners. Korea was far less about Communism than it was about geo-politics and power projection. The first world war began with an assassination that's now believed to also be a false flag operation, and the second has so much known and suspected criminality its launching that you could make a career out of writing about it (and some have). The 19th century wars are naked wars of conquest for land and resources, either against native nations or against rival colonizers.

And no, the War of 1812 is NOT an exception; the U.S. attempted to conquer Canada and failed spectacularly. The American Civil War was really about which economic paradigm would dominate these United States; slavery, while important, was not the primary point of dispute.) This pattern persists throughout world history; the only "war for freedom" is the war of a native people fighting off an invasion by would-be conquerers- all else is Empire enthralling a people and using it to consume for its own need or greed, usually greed.

But we today, and our predecessors before us, are constantly told that we have to go far from our homes to kill people we never met for reasons that have sweet fuck-all to do with us (and are actually lies told to us by our supposed "public servants") and everything instead with making some vampiric twat and his friends another fortune through the sacrifice of our blood and bone as well as that of others in apocalyptic fires born of battle and the attendant brutality. We are suckered into waging wars without need for the benefit of Empire and its Thralls, who win NO MATTER WHO LOSES, so long as there's someone left to dominate when it's over.

If there is any just war left to wage, it is by we--the global common people--against Empire and its Thralls (also a global entity, albeit one riven with factions). Turn the guns away from your neighbor, and instead aim it at the aristocrats on the hill giving the orders. If you're in, get out; if you're out, stay out. Refuse to deploy, refuse to fight, refuse to "just follow orders" (because that is still grounds for a lawful execution), and of all just plain refuse: say NO to war. Never again should we send our parents, our siblings or our children to fight for a lie.

Violence and Force Defined

Mark Passio emphasizes in his work that force and violence are not the same thing. They may look like it, but there is a key difference and that comes from the root of "violence" as a word; it is the same as the root for "violation", and it means the trespassing or infringement of others' inherent rights for unjust reasons or objectives. To do physical harm to another without a lawful reason is to violate the physical body of another, so that is violence; to do physical harm to another if they attempt to do so first upon you (again, without a lawful reason) is force. Summarized, this is the Self-Defense Principle: an individual has an innate, inherent Natural Law right to use whatever force is required to put down a threat to that individual's property (especially his body), dependents or any other violation of his other rights. Coupled with the Non-Aggression Principle (do not violate the rights of others, i.e. no coercion of any sort to get what you want), these are the Sacred Masculine and Feminine (respectively) and make up the twin pillars of a lawful--and therefore healthy--individual as well as any collection thereof, something that scales up infinitely. This is why man-made rules are total wastes of time.

If read Passio correctly, this is an accurate depiction of that position. Therefore, a change in my use of language is in order, something I will follow through on in future posts.

The Wheel Needs No Reinvention: A Defense of Curation

I'm rather annoyed with the idea that a valid blogger is one that treats the medium as if it were an online newspaper column. Nonsense. I greatly value the power of the Internet to link together disparate elements as the user sees fit, and rather than waste my time writing posts about topics that others already addressed to my satisfaction I would be better served--and, therefore you also--linking to that post and giving you (if I see it necessary) some contextual information regarding what I'm linking to or why I'm doing so. While this does mean that most of my posts are more about curation than writing original content, curation itself is a valuable thing; it allows a discerning mind, following certain guidelines, to bridge speakers to audiences in ways that neither party previously considered.

It is my hope that the individuals I bring to your attention sufficiently engage your interest that you, as I did previously, seek out their online sites and follow them on Twitter/subscribe to their YouTube (Vimeo, etc.) channels/like their Facebook pages/bookmark their websites and so on so that you need not rely on me consistently posting links to their stuff. I'm interested in digging through the Internet and presenting what I find to others, amongst other things, and it takes time to properly process what I find; posting links, in addition to cutting out middlemen, allows me to share what I find while I process what I learn.

So expect me to post more podcasts, interviews, reviews, etc. between my original works. Furthermore, if you have something that you want me to check out link to in a comment. The Internet works best when done in this fashion- and we need no authority to tell us what to do or how to do it. Connecting to one another directly, without institutions or other rent-seekers interfering, is part of what will make Empire fall.

Red Ice Radio: Mark Passio on the Holistic Brain & "New" Age Deception

Red Ice Radio recently had Mark Passio on as a guest. Below is the embedded audio (with visual accompaniment) of the first hour of this two-hour interview (with the other hour behind a paywall; sorry folks). I'll let the Description tell you what's up in this interview:

"Mark Passio is an independent researcher, public speaker, radio talk show host, conference organizer and freedom activist from Philadelphia, PA. Mark has undertaken the task of assembling vast amounts of research in the areas of metaphysics, occultism, spirituality, symbology and consciousness studies. In the first hour, Mark discusses an integral approach to truth gathering that utilizes both hemispheres of the brain. He'll explain how a holistic full brain aggregates information. We'll talk what he calls the "5 boxes for consciousness," including the new age movement, rigid scientism, religion and the monetary system that require a belief outside yourself. We discuss aspects of left/right brain imbalance and how to keep in the center hemisphere of your brain, which is the best place to learn and take action. In the member's hour, we discuss the biggest deceptions in the new age movement such as: avoiding the negative, never getting angry, the idea that we're all one and in this together, solipsism, acceptance of everything, the laws of attraction, false notions of forgiveness, chaos as a fearful thing, enlightenment, truth doesn't need to be defended and the savior is coming. Mark details the deceptions weaved into each one of these aspects."

Mark's website is What On Earth Is Happening?.
Red Ice Radio is part of Red Ice Creations.

If you like what you hear here, throw one or both of them some currency; they are able to do what they do through the support of the people at large.

Buzzsaw: JFK and the Untold History of Oliver Stone

Until we return to the first duty of all Mankind--to seek out the truth, wherever and however it is--Empire and its Thralls will endure. Oliver Stone did this in part to fulfill this obligation. The whole truth? No, but he knows that and acknowledges it. The interview is worthy of your time.

Stefan Molyneux: The Truth About Violence - The Facts Will Shock You...

While I have my differences with Stefan Molyneux, he's usually good for videos like this one. He cites his sources, sticks to the facts, and constructs a valid argument accordingly. In other words, he's making a claim of knowledge based upon externally-located, and therefore independently-verifiable, sources; this means that YOU can double-check his sources to see if his claims are valid. I encourage you, if you have any doubt, to do just that; send the man an email and request his sources.

A Very Brief Reminder of Your Duty to Discern

This very short video from our friends at Storm Clouds Gathering remind us that, contrary to what some say, "I was just following orders." and similar excuses are never a defense against immoral and unlawful acts.

Corporate Personhood: How Did We Get Here? (Excerpt from "Legalize Democracy")

Much like that video going around showing just how grossly understated the wealth concentration--both in the U.S. and worldwide--actually, this video is also one that shows just how long the process behind the empowerment of corporations actually is and does so with citation after citation. Best part? It is short; you can watch this on your coffee break and still make that run for a drink and a snack. (Note: This is using far more mainstream media than I usually employ, and I'm not endorsing Move To Amend; this is something I'm posting because there is a decided lack of historical comprehension and this is one video that corrects it.)

Mark Passio: The Matrix Trilogy Decoded

Mark Passio took the time to perform a critical analysis of the Matrix trilogy some time ago. At the 2013 Free Your Mind Conference, he took two hours to present his findings. This presentation again works with the Sacred Masculine, the Sacred Feminine, what an imbalance either way looks like, and what an awesome force manifests when the two are in accord and work together as they are meant to do. I caution you that this interpretation relies heaving on a familiarity with the Western esoteric traditions because the symbolism interpretations are made through that cultural filter. Nonetheless, this is a fun and useful expenditure of your time and I recommend that you get ready to take some notes and give this your full attention; you will be better for it.

Now, why am I giving this man my attention? It is because he presents a paradigm that squares with the real world, can be implemented by anyone with two brain cells to rub together, doesn't fuck with your head via blah-blah-blah bullshit and produces real, measurable results. Comprehending what he says transforms the individual into a martial pacifist, attacks essentialist frauds that sexism and racism rest upon, and direct attacks the fraud that is "authority" while emphasizing the need for cooperation to achieve what isolated individuals cannot do on their own. (A task that requires communication on a level that compels reason, honesty and a command of one's emotions--maturity--that the present dominant paradigm actively inhibits.) From the realm of the spiritual to the realm of the everyday, what Passio presents is something that actually fucking works and requires no external agency.

There, sorted. Give him your attention; he talks sense, and is one of the men making Empire fall.

Predictive Programming: The Tool of a Desperate Dominator

Being out here in the frontier means that you will encounter phenomena that defies the dismissive explanations of the mainstream. One of them is the one known as "predictive programming", and--summarized--it is the idea that certain individuals or groups within the media world (fiction and non-fiction alike, across all media) know what's really going on and communicate possible future events allegorically or literally by way of symbolism, simile and metaphor in their media products, thereby shaping public perception so that when an event occurs their reactions will already be known as they will act on the prior programming. (Hint: Any language by observers--especially by news media--like "it seemed like a movie" is a flag that the event is programmed, and thus staged.)

Should you dare to do so, a search in Google for that term will bring up a lot of blather on conspiracy theory fora as well as dismissive articles like the one at Wikipedia. Go into videos, however, and all of a sudden you get a lot of people making videos about how Person A used Symbol B in this movie to signify that Gozer the Gozarian is actually Cthulhu and when the Stars Are Right you will be eaten last- or some such thing or another. (These sorts of videos, on the other hand, are better taken as good stuff to review when looking for a hook on your own fiction or game design projects; Crazytown is great for that.) As is usually the case, most of the claims of this sort of thing are lacking in substantive evidence or other support that would work in that manner; this does not mean that there isn't something going on.

The reason that I don't dismiss predictive programming altogether comes from the history of Public Relations. It is well known that the best way to predict the future is to create it, just as the best way to handle the opposition is to control it yourself, so it is no surprise to find that before a major event occurs there is often signs of mass psychological preparation prior to the fact. This is intended to shape the public's conception of the event, narrowing the range of discourse for the purpose of channeling it towards a desired conclusion- one that conforms to the actual goal intended. This is part of the process of "manufacturing consent" that Noam Chomsky and Bernard Herman described in their book of the same name, and it encompasses what those two described.

Now, while there are plenty of people who get into the aliens and the demons and all of that, we need none of this to comprehend why predictive programming is a plausible concept. We know that psychology is a thing. We know that applied psychology, in the form of propaganda, is also a thing and that both public and private actors employ propaganda to increase support for their actions and decrease support for unwanted alternatives. We have the example of the Gulf of Tonkin incident as a known historical example of in-the-moment propaganda that worked. All that predictive programming contends is that this exact same applied psychology is applied on a longer time-scale, and targets the sub-conscious mind far more often through using mental processes that bypass conscious thought and therefore critical analysis (i.e. defeats mental self-defense habits) through the exploitation of what happens when the mind of an individual shifts modes during the viewing of a film or television program.

The symbolism matter is very simple to comprehend. Symbols are short-hand within a culture, which is why culture matters (and why some symbols produce different reactions in various places). A symbol can instantaneously communicate a very dense and complex idea, assuming that both sender and recipient share a common comprehension of that symbol's meaning. That communication can happen without being consciously aware of it, which is why the makers of videos talking about predictive programming spend so much time emphasizing symbols that the film and TV makers chose not to direct a viewer's conscious attention to but instead let it slide by in the background or hide in plain sight by incorporating into a costume or backdrop. Don't think so? Then why is Darth Vader presented as a Black Knight with a skull-shaped helm wielding a blood-red sword? Because Western culture associates all of those symbols--individually and collectively--with death, brutality, evil and tyranny; you know as soon as he enters the scene in the original Star Wars film--before he says a word, before you even know his name (another symbol, by the way)--what he is about. That symbolism does in less than a second what otherwise would take up to a minute of precious screentime to establish.

The flipside, as mentioned above, is that the power is dependent upon the culture. Miscommunication can and does occur when the parties interpret the same symbol differently, which is why the more credible claims rely less on symbols that are specific to a culture or sub-culture and instead rely on symbols that are dominant world-wide if not universal or on claims that the intended audience is smaller than what the media product actually reaches. (e.g. all of the claims of 9/11 programming also claim that the intended audience is strictly American, and not the much larger audience that the media products cited actually reached).

Okay, we have plausible explanations regarding why it's possible to exist and how symbolism plays into it. The really bothersome part of predictive programming is the "why" aspect. The common claims are that--and, for purely illustrative purposes, I will refer to "they" as the Illuminati; don't take this as me claiming that this is the party responsible, because I'm not--the Illuminati do have some ethics that constrain their behavior and thus their operations. With respect to predictive programming, the ethic is that of obtaining consent from the party they seek to do unto; the idea is that we must be told what they intend to do before they do it, and if we do not state our objections then they must abstain until either they give up or they get consent- but how they tell us is up to them, and using predictive programming to get it amounts to a mass gaslighting of the population into going along with their scheme. The Illuminati, therefore, technically obtains consent and therefore skirts by Natural Law (so it's claimed) since we subconsciously receive their message and thereafter remain silent; silence is consent, so they proceed.

Like I said, this is bothersome. It's a claim that is hard to verify because it's a claim that relies itself on esoteric knowledge of legal theory as well as how symbolism works and (contrary to the claim) expects us to accept a fraudulent claim that deliberately manipulating what information another receives and must act upon before they decide whether or not to consent to something is not itself a violation of that individual's sovereignty. (Why is is fraudulent? Because the party that materially benefits from the consent is ensuring that the consenting party cannot possibly deny it by denying the fullest possible extension of information; it is as if this were a trial, and one party deliberately manipulated the discovery process to get the desired judgement by crippling the opposing party's ability to act on the full extent of knowledge about the facts of the case- you can, and lawyers do, go to prison for that.) "If we knew that beforehand, we would never have gone along with it." is the test to apply; why do you think that information manipulation is properly classifed as "warfare"? Because that is what it truly is; an act of war upon a targeted enemy.

There is a more sensible way to see it. Most of the governments, and corporations, comprehend that if they don't have some popular support that they'll lose what power and influence that they have and become vulnerable to being depose or destroyed. Those in power want to stay there, and they are on record as conspiring to manipulate public opinion in grotesque and inhuman ways to make this happen. (Operation: Northwoods almost happened, and that was just to fake a Cuban threat so that the U.S. could undo Castro's revolution; as it is, elements of that plan have been recycled into the schemes that created the American police state of permanent warfare against terrorists that are largely self-created.) Since--as noted above--the best way to handle opposition as well as an unpredictable future is to control the former and create the latter, using the former to achieve the latter is a short hop to make, and that is the most reasonable way to see what predictive programming is (said means to said end), how it's done and why it's done. In short, predictive programming is used to create the desired public opinion about events that are yet to occur in the same way that gerrymandering creates the voters for a politician's success years before that election happens; it's a perversion of a known process for corrupt ends, and once you know that it exists it ceases to work upon you. This is why it is getting harder and harder for authoritarian schemes to get through, and thus more and more open corruption is employed instead; a lot of us are indeed seeing through this bullshit and calling them on it.

Let's bring this home now.

Predictive Programming...
  • ...totally is a real thing that happens.
  • ...an example of propaganda applied in a long-form format.
  • ...a psychological process, using known techniques from advertising, marketing and public relations.
  • ...intended to shape mass perception of an event well before the fact.
  • ...intended to channel popular opinion of that event towards an end decided upon well before the fact.
  • ...relies on the use of symbolism--including language--to efficiently communicate on a sub-conscious level what the sender wants the recipient to think about the event, with language such as "...it seemed like a movie" to trigger that programming.
  • ...has bothersome ethics involved, reflecting the corrupt culture of an oligarchy afraid of losing its place in the world and thus should be seen as the method of a desperate dominator group shoring up their base.
  • ...is, like all illusions, fragile and shatters once you apply the power of a properly-developed consciousness to it; once you see it, you cannot unsee it and future applications fail against you.
  • ...can be used against them in turn, and some in the media world have done just that- and have for many years. The effects are now manifesting.

The School Sucks Podcast: Doing a Series on the Trivium

The folks at the School Sucks Podcast are doing a series on the Trivium. This week they put up an episode on Grammar and Logic, following both the Introduction and part one of Grammar and an interlude about religion and Sophistry. Plenty of citations, links and embedded documents are on the podcast episode pages, putting the Corbett Report to shame. Follow the links, turn off the football and pay attention to this instead.

Two embedded documents in particular got my attention, and that's the pair I'm embedding below:

Trivium and Quadrivium Cliff Notes by Gene Odening

Trivium Method of Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving

Take the time to read these either before or after listening to the series. (The last part, covering Rhetoric, is not up yet; when it is, I will edit this post to reflect the complete series.)

The Corbett Report: Rockefeller Medicine

The Corbett Report's episode, live as of November 1st, is embedded below. Here is the summary: "As Americans fret about the Obamacare website and wonder how the country became enslaved to the highest healthcare costs in the world, we turn back the pages to look at how the modern medical paradigm came together in the early 20th century, courtesy of the Rockefeller Foundation and their cronies. Join us this week as we explore the real history of modern healthcare and the real motivations behind the family that brought it to you."

As with the real history of education in the United States, the history of American medicine is willfully obscured from the people. If we knew what this Canadian expatriate found out, then this present performance of political theater would be obvious as the distraction that it is- and we could instead go after the real problems.

Not So Fast About Russel Brand: The Red Ice Radio Commentary

By now the Jeremy Paxman interview with Russell Brand has gone viral. The alternative community picked up this interview and spread the word, and some took the opportunity to respond to it. (I will continue posting and linking to them as I find them over the week.) Below is the commentary from one of my favorite alternative media outlets, Red Ice Radio, specifically by a Swedish national--someone who's grown up under a system much like what Brand claims to favor--by name of Henrik Palmgren. Much like Brand's interview, this critical commentary is worthy of your time and full attention.

Online Resources: Trivium Education

The people who founded and continue to run the Tragedy & Hope community have, over its brief history, spun off a lot of things into associated entities or resources for the benefit of Mankind. The Peace Revolution, Gnostic Media, School Sucks and Corbett Report podcasts are all tied into Tragedy & Hope in such a manner. There are others. One of these offshoots is a free resource known as Trivium Education.

This is a curated collection of found materials and podcast archives that address this long-established and proven method for transforming the mind of a child into a fully-actualized adult capable of critical thinking, and therefore of swiftly assimilating and mastering any knowledge that he pursues- and this does include the discovery of entirely new knowledge. The study materials alone are of great value; the curators went to some effort to find free online versions of the documents often referred to, and then (for those wanting to pay for copies) linked to other outlets (chiefly Amazon) for those capable and willing to put down some money on their improvement. As the capacity for critical analysis, skeptical inquiry and effective communication is a vital skillset for any serious endeavor, I'm linking to it today as something I recommend for you and yours in your own efforts towards freedom and autonomy in the most fundamental way: towards a free and independent mind, armed and armored against Empire and its forked, silvered and poisoned tongue.

However, the best resource offered is that many podcasts--audio and video versions where available--focused on the matter of the Trivium and Quadrivium are collected and readily available for a user's benefit. This makes up much of the site's content, which is a fantastic thing in itself; instead of hunting and searching through the contributing podcasts, websites, articles, etc. it's all there arranged by the curators to ensure that you can use it to your best benefit. The definitions, while seemingly obvious and even trite, are very likely to be the first time that you've ever seen them; even if you have some experience with some of the offered knowledge, you haven't seen it put into its proper historical and ontological context before. This is the nail that your inner kingdom, your true state of which you alone are sovereign, has long been in want of; take it, use it, and never again fear losing it.

How to Deal With a Non-Standard Claim of Knowledge

Good morning!

Today we're going to weave some threads together, as an example of how to arrive at a non-standard claim of knowledge and why these things are so damned difficult.

By now you should have finished Mark Passio's presentation, posted two days ago. If you haven't, go catch up now; you need to grok what he's talking about for this post to do you a damn bit of good. You also should have read my post about non-standard knowledge claims; back up and read that if you haven't. This post will be here when you're done.

The key problem with non-standard claims of knowledge is that the source for the claim is internal to the claimant, so the audience cannot readily seek out that source and verify independently that the claimant's statement is correct. That does not mean that the audience cannot investigate the claim, but rather that the claimant must understand what the nature of the process for his claim of knowledge actually is and how this process works before relying upon such things when making an argument. Using a recent example, I shall illustrate what's going on.

Why am I insisting upon your familiarity with Passio's presentation? Because the points that he makes in his presentation are going to be thrust before you in the video embedded below, and they're going to come at you hard and fast because the video is less than five minutes long from start to finish, so you need to pay close attention when you watch it- and you will watch it.

Now, the meat of this matter:
  • Non-Linear Expressions of Ideas: The use of the Fine Arts, as extensions of the Liberal Arts, allows competent users to efficiently communicate very complex ideas with very little effort. We acknowledge this as true through the saying "A picture is worth a thousand words." Each medium of Fine Art has particular and unique qualities--strengths and weaknesses--that favor some forms of expression over others, such that the same subject matter can communicate significantly different complex ideas merely by changing the medium wherein that subject matter is used. When used in concert, the synergy between them is so powerful that ideas that otherwise take years to communicate by way of standard academic practices can be had in minutes. The mechanics for this phenomenon stems in the ability to think in non-linear ways, taking otherwise disconnected thoughts and thought patterns and weave them together into a cohesive and coherent whole. This is what "great art", of any kind, is meant--and intended--to do.
  • Emotionally-Powered Cognition: The mechanics of non-linear cognition comes from intuition, and intuition roots itself in emotion. It is the melding of Thinking and Feeling, each informing and guiding the other, covering each other's gaps and reinforcing each other's strengths. Non-standard knowledge claims, therefore, have a root in the emotions of the claimant at the time of discovery and are therefore specific to the individual that has such a claim. This does not make the claim false, or disallow transmission. What it does do is require that the recepient experience the same emotional state that the claimant had, or--in other words--the former individual must replicate the experience wherein that non-linear expression event occurred. This is, by the way, is what an Initiation Rite--properly comprehended and executed--is and does; by extension, we are talking about claims of knowledge that stem from an individual's ecstatic encounters with the vast portion of the universe that is beyond Mankind's sense-perception.
  • Symbolism as Shortcut: The mechanics of this method for claiming knowledge rely greatly on symbolism for its efficiency. This is not just the visual symbol, but also the symbolism found in sound--music especially--as well as in the means of their use by the transmitter. For example, the video embedded below uses clips from a variety of recent major motion pictures over which one tune from one soundtrack plays. The transmitter--in this example, the individual that arranged the clips and matched them to the music--chosen with great care and deliberation what clips to use, when to use them in the sequence and how to match them to the time of the music employed. That not only transforms the components--symbols themselves, all of them--into something with different (sometimes very different) symbolic representations than originally presented, but also allows the creation of an entirely new symbol in the aggregate.
  • Culture as Language: It is no accident that a vast array of Man's literature rests upon the narratives of individuals (themselves symbols) who undergo initiatory rites in pursuit of some goal, however great or small, and are transformed into what they must become to achieve those objectives. This is the basis for the formation and transference of culture across generations, of the assimilation of cultures when encountered, and adjustment of cultures as they adapt to pressures put upon them by other forces. It is also no accident that the decline of a culture coincides with the abandonment or usurpation of initiatory rites and the disdain of their power for discovery and transmission of knowledge by those now unfamiliar with them. Whatever else may be said of Joseph Campbell, this element--the power of myth as a means of initiation--and his recognition of its power as an element of Natural Law (for it is not created by Man; Man merely discovered it, and it is both universal and immutable) is sufficient to put him up as a great hero for generations to come- and he got from here to there through experiencing that initiation himself via his studies.

The effect of this method for non-standard knowledge claims increases as the culture connecting transmitter to recipient strengthens. Even a period of short-term preparation, as I have ask of you above, can greatly increase the efficiency of the process. By using multiple media, and multiple events, a transmitter can prepare the recipient for the ecstatic experience that the transmitter encountered previously; the recipient already comprehends the component symbols in the experience, becomes familiar with the circumstances wherein the encounter occurs (vital to achieving the emotional state that is necessary for successful transmission), and therefore has the vocabulary necessary to properly comprehend the experience. This is why preservation of a nation's--a people's culture--is something worth fighting for, literally so, and if necessary worth killing and dying for.
  • And This Relates How?: Long before the academic world arose and imposed the now-standard criteria for claims of knowledge, this is the way it was done. Your elders, your teachers, etc. guided you through a process of preparation leading to a culmination that was an initiatory rite, past which you were expected to take on a new role and become a wholly different individual within the community. We still have remnants in the Western of this in our marriage traditions, but other elements that together comprised a very efficient system that guided newborns through the process that would create young adults have steadily been snatched out of our hands or cut away altogether- and we've suffered for it. This is Empire in action, abusing lawful systems where it can and cutting off access (but not destroying them; Empire cannot circumvent Natural Law anymore than Mankind can) where it can't; we see this in a more comprehensible manner through religious and political cults of all sorts, through the practices of culture-shaping seen in totalitarian regimes of all sorts, and in the influence of centralized media over the population.

We need to make use of this method once more, and if we don't know how to deal with it then we can't--and won't--benefit from sources of knowledge that don't come from centralized institutions that are easily corralled by powerful interests (Thralls of Empire) and suborned to their will. Part of what we have to do to save ourselves is to learn how to directly discover knowledge by way of encountering it directly, and then transmitting it through the means we once took as standard practice. This is not to discount critical thought; that way lies cults and all the madness therein. Rather, what I'm saying is that we must reclaim this as a valid basis for knowledge to be used as a full and equal partner to the externally-focused standards of academia- and that includes full and equal subjectivity to interrogation by means of the Trivium and Quadrivium. Logic and Intuition are partners, not enemies, and should be treated as such.
So, now that you've spent 15-20 minutes reading all of that, take another five to watch this music video. Can you see how it efficiently communicates all of Passio's points in a fraction of the time, but only if you already have the language to comprehend what's been said here? If so, then you grok what non-standard knowledge claims are, how they work, and why they are not inherently invalid- but instead fully and equally valid ways to knowing the universe. With this dimension restored, making Empire fall will come much faster.
