The US Navy losing the ability to gather support to suppress the Houthis as a unit is a sign of decline, but that doesn't mean that the Houthis are safe from reprising. That's billions--trillions--of Dollars in trade being fucked with. If state actors can't use state militaries to do the job, then state and non-state actors can cut checks to mercenaries to do so instead.
This is, as some say, a reversion to a historical norm. Yes, there are Private Military Companies out there ready, willing, and able to go hard on the Houthis for the right price (and after the check clears).
As it is, national navies are securing only ships owned by its citizens or bearing its flag. That doesn't solve the problem, which is Houthi piracy, and they will take weakness as an invitation for predation in due course.
Meanwhile, Israel is going Base Delta Zero on Gaza and no one that could is doing a damned thing about it. As much as people, some of whom I like and respect, complain about it their words fall on deaf ears not only due to tight Narrative control in the West but also near-daily own-goals by supporters fucking with the daily lives (and money) of uninvolved third parties (i.e. Western nations) in attempts to make them side with Gaza.

If you know Chinese military theory and history, this should relieve you of any imminent threat. The PLAN still has no capacity to execute an invasion for the PLA, and neither does the PLAF.

The Texas Nationalist Movement (TNM) has reached the necessary signature threshold in their petition to put a proposition on the statewide primary ballot in March 2024 that will ask voters the question: “Should the State of Texas reassert its status as an independent nation?”
Under the Texas Election Code, the petition needed 97,709 signatures for the question to be placed in the Republican Primary Ballot. In an open letter to the State Republican Executive Committee (SREC), TNM President Daniel Miller states, “As of the date of this letter, we have collected the requisite number of signatures and more.”
Members of the SREC are meeting this weekend and will be presented with a sampling of the signatures. Miller states in the letter, “This weekend we brought a sample of the names, cities, and Senate Districts for over 102,000 petition signers…”
Allow me to summarize why this is a fantasy, an impossible future, not to be taken seriously.
If this actually gets on the ballot, if it gets on the final ballot, and if it passes, then comes the final question: And you will enforce this HOW?

A leader that cannot seize power and Get Things Done in this moment deserves to fail and made to swing from a yardarm.
Decaying imperial states will disintegrate, but they have to do so in their own time. Trying to force it like this is guaranteed to end with the separatists dead, dying, or desiring it so. You have to let the process do the work and just keep quiet exploiting it to make the transition to the new state to come until it does. Empire must fall.

It's going to take a lot of Patron networking to marshal the resources necessary to counter-punch this attempt to frame them as White while pushing "Whiteness" as an existential evil to be exterminated- and Clients are chosen and groomed to do this on command like Doctor Who's famous Daleks. Rival cohorts will lead to the political version of this sooner than later.
But, while the Clients have low-level power in the institutions, they don't hold the high ground: finance.
They were reminded of this the other day when the Patrons flipped their shit at Elon Musk and began yanking advertisingagain from Twitter due to Elon making it policy to ban both sides if they got on the "Genocide is Good" bandwagon.
This should be giving the Clients pause, but they would not be Clients if they were capable of being shocked into pausing and reassessing their situation. Instead, it's going to lead to this--again--just as it is on the geopolitical stage.
Because the Clients forgot something that the Patrons know deep in their bones, having been on the wrong end of it several times over the centuries:

And Israel, on behalf of the Patrons, is smearing the world's face in this fact.
This is what the Clients and their supporters--looking at you Syrian Girl, Keith Woods, Millenial Woes, and several others--are still unable to accept: they are impotent in the face of an enemy ready, willing, and able to use violence to get their way.
That it also shows that "Muh Human Rights" and "Muh International Law" are as fake and gay as the Modernity that spawned them is just icing on the cake.
The Patrons control the violence of the Western States. If they wish it so, and as things progress that's increasingly likely, Western State violence can and will be used to put down the Clients with ruthless efficiency- and yes, Clown World notwithstanding, State violence remains a highly efficient and effective function of Globohomo-control regimes.
There is no reason for Israel to lighten up unless it's in its interest to do so, and given the past week's progress that's obvious to figure out: they're getting ready to finish the job up north before turning about and heading south to finish the conquest and annexation- and there is nothing that can be done to stop it.
There is no political will in the Arab World to intervene with force. No one has the means to use sanctions to hurt Israel, and with the US Navy patrolling all the likely approaches there is no ability for would-be allies to do so anyway without starting World War 3 in earnest, something no one wants.
This is what the well-meaning dissidents cannot handle, as shown by their own discourse; they rely on influence and pressure tactics against those who invented, refined, and WROTE THE BOOK ON THEM. That's not going to work, and the sooner this is acknowledged the better it will be. (Hint: You will have to do things that are not allowed to be talked about on Globohomo, Russian, or Chinese social media to win against Israel- or against the Patrons. Seize and wield power or shut the fuck up- you are not helping.)
(As a side note, Globohomo also remains capable of cleaning up its own messes when it wants to- just compare San Francisco during Winnie The Pooh's visit vs. before AND after. That, right there, shows that this is all deliberate policy and not just incompetence; they can make things better if they want to- and they don't because it means helping us, their enemy.)
And yes, as I predicted last week, the native Western nations are being blamed for it all despite that being nonsencial. Tommy Robinson's stunt in the U.K. is the most high-profile example, but there are others great and small.
As we come into the Holiday Season for 2023 in the United States, and more generally come December, we can count on the insanity ramping up and likely breaking out into general violence again during a U.S. Presidential Election year.
Globohomo knows this. The Patrons know this. The Clients know this. Their masters know this. Things are going to go off the rails, over the side, and right into the abyss.

The Patrons have already chosen; they're not surrendering- they're networking to wield power against the Clients.

Which puts the Western nations in a bad spot. This is what dissidents and the Western nations are up against now: a foreign conflict, by foreign parties, who both hate the West and the Western nations are allowed to do so because they are Thralls of Empire in service to Globohomo and so long as Globohomo as a whole benefits (and its enemies--us--suffer) they don't care about some internal slapfight between Thralls.
The aim of the Clients is to set up a Narrative frame where the Patrons are "White" and thus low-status and illegitimate according to Death Cult orthodoxy, thus using all of that hostile language against the Western nations ("Whiteness") as Rhetorical ammunition against the Patrons to justify doing violence to them and seizing everything the Patrons have as "reparations". If mutual enemies also get wrecked--again, that's us--so much the better.
The Patrons use their power behind the scenes to strip Client access to power, to money, to media access, and in time to housing, food, health care, and anything else in order to bring them to heel. They will have no problems using State power against any dissident or national foolish enough to even seem to side against them (including by merely being in the area when a protest goes down). There is already talk in various State governments of outright deportation of Clients; this will escalate to actual deportations soon enough.
Which is a bit of a quandry, but this is not about rational thought on either side; this is about power, and power need not deal in rational thought so long as it is seized and held.

The Patrons, as I said last week, are very good at networking and organizing. They are the incumbent party here, with control over the institutions in all of the subject states of Globohomo. They can, and they are, using State power to shut down their rebellious Clients.
The Clients are good at mass actions and attracting media attention, as we see above and observers will see on social and news media alike throughout the Israel affair. That gets a lot of sentiment, but that does not translate to seizing power.
What we are about to see is that Influence is not Power. Since so many on both sides of this internecene conflict love Martin's Shit: The Fantasy story I find it useful to use one of its most clipped scenes to hammer the point home.
The Patrons will follow a policy of Containment. The Patrons have other enemies that they seek to deal with, so they will exploit this rebellion as best they can to advance that agenda (e.g. the attack on General Pershing's statue) while slowly wrangling the Clients back on to the plantation and whipping them back into line.
The Patrons have power. Public opinion does not matter; only elite opinion does, and as the Patrons are the elites only their opinions matter. The Clients think they are elites, but they are not and their grinding down and humiliation by the Patrons will be a public demonstration of this fact as things progress.
For now the Clients get to bully the children of the Patrons, but with each display of such predatory behavior the Patrons map out exactly who turned on them and how they can put this uprising down. Soon more States will follow France's lead. Soon more will also ban divestment from Israeli businesses (the anti-BDS laws), and more parties will make support of Israel explicit for access to either elected or appointed office.
State power is real and substantial. So is banking power, and that will be next to make itself felt as the funding for these operations starts drying up and racketeering charges start showing up in their place- maybe even terrorism charges. Controlled opposition parties (e.g. the Republicans in the United States) may be allowed to push through legal changes to remove aliens and foreigners that go against Israel if this goes on, and in some places in the West that pressure is already mounting.
I caution everyone that both sides of this fight are Globohomo Thralls; this is a knife fight in the backroom over the spoils of their criminal activity, so no matter who wins we are still in deep trouble and State power can only be strengthened as a result.
The best outcome is that both sides exhaust each other, allowing the dissidents the opportunity to act and remove both from the West and send them back to where they belong. This is not likely; you have better odds of winning the lottery or getting a decent movie out of the Devil Mouse.
Instead, do the following: do not go near any protests (you will not be protected; you will be targetted), do not take a side in this matter (not your problem; them being here instead of there is the problem), and be wary of both sides using this as a pretext to further attack and surpress the nations and cultures of the West in favor of Globohomo.

What we are seeing here is that the faction with institutional power activated its network immediately and began organizing to shut out the other faction from the patronage that both parties formerly enjoyed.
This is how the dominant Thralls in Globohomo will bring their juniors to heel; Thralls are dependent upon patronage for their living in all things, so those that control the network (the Patrons) have a superior position to those that merely benefit (the Clients).
As the juniors are the Client Race Coalition and their shitlib "allies" (minders), they are the Clients and said clients are trying to seize control of the patronage network by backing Hamas over Israel. The Clients are now finding out how badly they played this hand, as it is now clear that if this is not enough to get the Clients to back down and get back into line all of those government powers aimed at Western nations (and dissidents) will be used against them.
In short, all of these protests and riots will end up having the Globohomo Thralls put away their own Clients to preserve their power and maintain control over Western governments.

What Western dissidents should do, besides Not Being There, is to observe with great concentration and focus how the Patron puts down the Client. What will need to be done will force some errors on the part of the Thralls that dissidents would be wise to remember- first, and foremost, to observe the aplomb with which Friend/Enemy distinction allows the Patrons to turn on a dime and wield State power to destroy their revolting Clients and blame it all on the dissidents.
An opportunity to compel the Patrons to remove these hostile aliens and foreigners permanently, thus making the future task of removing all such peoples easier, is about to make itself available. Seize upon it.
This past week we've seen accelerations and escalations in the rift between the Thralls of Empire that back Israel and those that back the Palenstians.
But, before I continue this, I will point all of you to Globohomo mouthpiece Peter Zeihan. He cut a video the other day about this conflict, and why it is not going to cause World War 3. Alas, I have to agree due to other things that happened over the week; this is, in geopolitical terms, a retarded slapfight. (That won't mean shit to those maimed, crippled, killed, etc. but geopolitics doesn't care about the plebs and never has.)
Which means that you can immediately discount, depreciate, disdain, and dunk upon all fearmongering about World War 3 over this. This ain't it.
Now, why does this matter to Western dissidents?
Because we have already seen pro-Palenstian protests in Western cities turn out in massive numbers as cohorts of the Client Race Coalition serving Globohomo have turned against their masters- some of whom are already networking and executing retaliation against ringleaders and others who've been sufficiently public.
As things get worse in Gaza, and Globohomo continues to back Israel, those protests threaten to turn into riots. You do not want to be anywhere near those threat zones if you can avoid it.
You, Western Dissident, want to stay away from those protests. You, Western Dissident, want to vacate as far from any likely targets for rioting as you can get- physically, financially, economically, etc. If you're the sort to have arms handy, take them with you and decamp to safer environs- you know full well that where those riots go down, the law is not on your side.
Instead, what will happen if those riots go down and things get violent is that the Thralls will have to fight among themselves- and if those riots go where local Thralls keep their homes or things of similar value, those police officers won't be thrown under the bus.
But you being there at all means that everyone targets YOU.
Don't be there. This is what I mean when I say "Be as a ghost".
Instead, take the opportunity now to get distance and reconfigure your live away from dependence upon Globohomo as best you can; this is what Andrew Torba and his parallel economy is all about, and there's already talk about setting up banking and similar services (now to just get a credit card provider- the real choke point now).

The driver was an elderly White man who got surrounded and confused, was reasonably frightened for his life and as per MN State Law executed his Duty To Retreat- and they pursued him.
He has not yet been identified, let alone charged, and if the MN Dems dominated Twin Cities offices have a clue they'll let him be because the optics for this are all bad.
This is exactly the shit dissidents need to watch out for and avoid.
There is no Two State Solution regarding Israel and Palestinians.
Both sides, for reasons you can find all over the Internet, claim that the matter is deeply-rooted and therefore existential in nature. Compromise is not acceptable.
Therefore there is only one result that will happen regarding this conflict: one side will exterminate the other. We can call this "ethnic cleansing" as a euphemism, but let's not lie- this is genocide. Just ask the Armenians.
And--and this is where people will REEEE--I cannot be bothered to be outraged by it.
Like it or not, this is the historical mean--THE NORM--is existential ethnic conflicts. Scythia ceased to exist. The Iceni got wiped out. Several tribes in North America no longer exist.
Pre-Modernity and Modernity alike has plenty of outright extinctions and many more than might as well have been. What is different in that the Myth of the 20th Century, the Boomer Truth cult, frames this as a unique phenonemon to mid-century Germany and thus as a uniquely evil act that had not happened before- despite the Soviets doing far worse, to far more, in the decades preceding it. When an Asian angle is needed, they bring up Nanking under Imperial Japan.
What I object to is this moralfagging bullshit all around the matter by self-interested grifting shits who talk and talk and talk as if they can do a damned thing about any of it.
They can't. No one can. The die is cast. No amount of protesting or any other action will do anything by either side to put a stop to it. Furthermore, people should stop getting in the fucking way. This should have gone down decades ago and reached a final, permanent conclusion one way or the other- it should be decided already.
Instead, I ask only that it be done in the spirit of Sherman's March To The Sea: with the greatest speed, violence, and brutalty possible to shatter the enemy and put him down for good- and then, on a dime, STOP and be done with it.
Because, unlike far too many people, I actually comprehend what General Sherman meant by his deliberate and willful cruelty of Total War against the South and its population- and thus why it worked. Furthermore, I do comprehend that both sides see this as an existential conflict--as being on Death Ground--and I would rather see it settled permanently now and be done with it than to have it fester any longer like some infected wound- and I also know first-hand how bad that can get. It is a waste of time and resources to insist upon peace with neither side wants it. It is a waste of time and resources to stick one's nose in such an affair when you're not a party to it. Instead, the best thing to do is to establish Containment and then, as that movie line goes-
Then deal with whomever is still alive when it's over. If the world can handle dealing with Rome after butchering Boudicea, it can handle dealing with whomever stands after this is over.

This post was originally going to be about a practical guide towards a Western Nationalist restoration of Christendom.
As of this post, we're still within the 48 Hour Rule so you won't see any analysis or commentary out of me this week.
What I will note, however, is the Rhetoric.
Regardless of who is saying it, or for whom they say it, it is absolute and total in its extinctionist language. Co-existence is not desired. This Rhetoric just the day before was reflected by HILLARY CLINTON towards Donald Trump and his supporters.
Hillary Clinton says “maybe there needs to be a formal deprogramming of the cult members” when talking about “MAGA extremist Trump supporters”
This same Rhetoric has been commonplace out of both Ukraine and Russia since that war jumped off, with predictable results. Similar Rhetoric can be heard in the Sahel region, directly primarily against the French and their allies.
Meanwhile, away from all that violence, in the niches that cater to the rich and the wealthy, there's been a shadow war using policy and regulation as weapons for over two years ago directed primarily against Mainlander Han Chinese (i.e. ethnic Han from China).
This has come from various European states, from the Caribbean, from Southeast Asian states, from other Far East Asian states, from the Americas, etc. all due to how the CCP has used and weaponized the very emigration (and capital outflow, much of it criminal) its incompetence and abuse created to execute both domestic and foreign intelligence operations against its enemies- enemies that tend to end up very dead, including families of the initial targets.
The CCP has also maintained the use of such Rhetoric, and (mostly in domestic affairs, for now) acted on it.
Peter Zeihan has said for several years that Globalization as we've known it is over. One of the consequences of that ending is the enforced tolerance of nations reverts back to the historical mean- which means back to hostility and violence, up to and including war, and war up to and including outright genocide.
There are signs that Empire Must Fall. One of them is the decline of Multi-Culturalism, of Cosmopolitanism, in favor of Nationalism. That is not going to be a clean, pleasant, or peaceful process. Much like "de-colonization", it's going to be messy, disturbing, and violent- brutally and cruely so, more often than not.
I remind you that we are 78 years past the end of World War 2 and the Founding of the Boomer Truth Cult, a cult that the Boomers inhereted from their fathers and--like everything else--are not passing on.
The Dream of Multi-Culturalism is over. The return of the reality of nations has come. Empire Must Fall. Get ready.
This is what too many Western Dissidents refuse to accept and start screaming "FED!" if it comes up like whipped dogs fearing the lash.
That's demoralization in action. That's what makes you useless, or worse; you might as well kill yourself and get it over with if you can't break that fear.
I have laid out paths of viable, practical action that specifically addresses this matter; if you can move people and parcels, you have a logistics network- and wars are won by logistics.
You're not voting your way out of this. You're not reasoning, wishing, praying, or magicking your way out either. Action is required, but with a caveat.
So don't do that. Go the route that the enemy does, and organize PRIVATELY. Go full on Lodge Society, even for something as simple as playing Dungeons & Dragons; you're not going to succeed by being out in the open.
The smarter dissident organizations have finally gotten the memo on Operational Security and are starting to go quiet for the real work while using their public activity as the distraction and as filter/vet operations to keep Feds and retards out (and out of the way).
The real work is not the protesting, the leafletting, the lobbying, the shitposting online, or anything else public. It's the private discussions offline and in person setting on a shared paradigm and policy. It's the quiet establishment of Panama/Pandora Papers style legal frameworks with plenty of foundations, trusts, and corporations running legitimate front operations to run cover for moving men and material around while erecting a wholly separate parallel economy and society that they don't even know exists.
And then you--we--disappear. They fall apart without us. They can't find us. They fall upon each other and do all of the necessary violence for us without us. Once the last of them dies, we return.
It is that simple. It's going to take a lot of time. The discipline will be in staying out of sight and out of reach until the last of them is gone. Parasites without hosts die, and Empire is the parasite.
A serious nationalist dissident movement will be forced to contend with Globohomo agents using transit restrictions as weapons.
A serious network of such movements will prioritize erecting and maintaining parallel infrastructure specifically to counteract these tactics. One of them must be, by necessity, a transit network.
This network must be able to move men and material around quickly and quietly, both in small numbers and in large ones. Fortunately, there already exists successful models upon which a serious network of movements can employ to achieve this critical objective.
The Charter Network
Using the system of internationally-distributed legal frameworks to conceal ownership and move money around--the same one Globohomo uses--the nationalist network creates an array of private transit operations. These are front companies, preferably corporations established in jurisidictions with the strictest privacy regulations, who contract with other companies that own the vehicles used by the front companies.
The front business is to run chartered transits. This can be over the road (buses and trains), in the air (planes), or over the water (boats and ships, almost all yachts of some sort). These are all businesses that easily explain why such assets are privately owned and employed to move people and things around.
In addition to having an easily-explained parallel network of transit, this is also a source of meaningful employment for dissidents and their supporters; the wages/salaries for those in this field of work are far better than your typical office worker, retail wagie, etc. and far higher status to boot.
You will come into contact with monied and influential people on a far more frequent basis. Some will be friendly- recruit them; some will be enemies- surveil them; some will be neutral- befriend them.
In between the regular charter service will be concealed movements of dissidents, either as crew or as guests, moving where they are needed.
Capacities can start small and operate in a local area or region, such as an owner-operator of a coach bus that does scenic tours and chartered people-moves, and scale up from there as success and support allows. It sure beats trying to operate a retail-level coffee brand or a publishing operation for achieving operational objectives and financing same.
Different arms of the network should be arranged as separate legal entities that are ultimately under a common (offshore) holding company which it (again) based in a jurisdiction with the strictest privacy regulations. Corporate reorganization will happen more than once as the network grows into one of truly global reach.
Which leads to the first logical expansion.
The Residence Network
Dissidents need places to stay once they arrive. Real estate is hardly an uncommmon form of Foreign Direct Investment, and businesses hiring from abroad do include housing as part of the compensation package. This means it too is easily and readily explained.
The same legal framework and methodology applies; start small and local, scaling up over time and linking up with allies elsewhere, until it connects with the holding company that conceals the rest from Globohomo.
Houses, apartment blocks, cabins, palatial estates- whatever can be gotten can be used. This is going to piggyback off of what AirBNB started, and it means you're a landlord and need to deal with landlord things, but because (covertly) you know who's going to be staying in what (and for how long) a lot of typical tennant tantrums go away.
And we can import the talent needed to build and maintain that if necessary- and in some places, it is.
The Professional Network
All these operations require skilled professionals and tradesmen to make it work. This is not a movement that will succeed with unskilled retards in the ranks.
Both the hard and the soft expertise is necessary; we'll need both pilots to fly the planes and stewards to make the passengers happy with experience, and I don't just mean planes (or trains, or automobiles, or yachts).
The personnel in the front offices, the IT experts securing the networks (including the communications suites in the command centers), the chefs cooking up culinary excellence for clients and allies alike, the mechanics doing repairs and maintenance, and the mates running the tenders as well as making up the cabins- all of this is necessary for the entire thing to work.
The front operations are not shells; these are proper businesses and need to be handled as such.
If the dissidents had all of this up and running, and secured banking access out of Globohomo (and Russian, and Chinese) reach, Globohomo can't win.
And we can deliver people and parcels great and small, do so with speed and discretion, and ensure that Things Just Work (and don't without us)- something they can't do without us.
Then, with this massive exercise in personnel and logistics sorted and mastered, we can evacuate our vulnerable people out of danger on short notice. From there, Empire must fall.
I am looking at solving the as-yet-unadmitted problem of the Western Dissident Movement scene.
This is an insurgency. Insurgencies cannot succeed without external support. No worthwhile rival power to Globohomo would even think to try, so said movements will have to find a way to do it themselves.
This is not impossible. It has been done before. It is being done now. Globohomo usually call such successful self-support schemes "supporting terrorism" due to whom that support goes to and what they do with it.
The dissidents are aware of each other. They communicate. They occassionally collaborate now. This is good, even if it is in symbolic gestures of no substantive impact.
Rather than wait for Globohomo to counterpunch where it would hurt, I would like to see these movements demonstrate that they are serious about winning and begin moving to make use of these tools for their own ends.
Offshore Access
As things are, Globohomo can cripple the dissidents by shutting off their banking access. This is already on the table, thanks to Canada vs. the Truckers. Rather than wait for the hammer to drop, now is the time to get someone to a place where (a) an achievable investment can secure offshore banking access that (b) also permits dissidents legal Residency to that location. That place is Dubai, UAE; the means is to erect a Freezone company, put someone there to run it, and use it to establish banking access.
Red Ice Creations could, within about 30 days, relocate their entire operations to Dubai and live there fulltime. Associated people (and their spouses/minor children) could be hired on, up to the limit the UAE allows, and everyone gets Residency there- and protection from extradition.
This is not cheap; Dubai is an expensive place, but it is out of Globohomo's reach, and keeps both the Russians and the Chinese at arm's length.
Exile Colonies
There are places that (a) welcome Westerners with skills, (b) are not shitholes, and (c) have good education systems that remain out of Globohomo's reach while maintaining some degree of neutrality in geopolitical terms. Mauritius just east of Madagascar is one such place; Uruguay in South America is another. The purpose of these locations is to have refuges for your vulnerable supporters and/or their children, which takes Globohomo threats against them to get to dissidents off the table; those working in these locations should be expected to remit some of their income back home to fund operations.
This can be cheap, or at least no less costly, than living at home; the specifics will vary- and vulnerable elderly have a lot of options for dissidents to hide them due to how many countries have Retirement visa regimes.
Tactical Citizenship
Dissidents must admit that citizenship is nothing more than legal status with regard to a state, separate and distinct from nationality. (N.B.: The United States already does this.) Therefore, those dissidents that can acquire multiple citizenships should using any means at their disposal- including buying it via Citizenship By Investment.
Having multiple passports means that the home state can't lock you down, or lock you out of financial access abroad. Furthermore, by comparising passports, the savvy dissident can cover gaps in his home state's passport access by choosing citizenships that do so.
Furthermore, some citizenships confer advantages in other countries. (e.g. a Commmonwealth citizen gets accelerated routes to Citizenship in Colombia and Mauritius, and several Caribbean states that do CBI are Commonwealth states) All European dissidents are well aware of the benefits of European Union membership; similar benefits exist for Mercosur, the Caribbean Community, and Communidad Andina states. Western citizens in general enjoy a certain favoritism vs. other foreigners in several Asian states (e.g. the Phillipines).
Using this legal status for tactical and strategic ends to faciliate operations against Globohomo is entirely licit and should be embraced; it's no different than stacking legal Residencies to secure access to foreign countries.
A Self-Supported Nationalist Insurgency
Once mature, the Western nationalist dissident network will be a hardened target against the Globohomo elites at home. Unable to be debanked due to having accounts in places the enemy can't (or don't dare) touch, unable to intimidate via targetting vulnerable dependents or supporters (because they are abroad indefinitely), and unable to control transit due to nationalists having parallel infrastructure in place (erecting charter businesses and media companies are obvious Expat Colony business options, pays big money, legitimizes owning planes and (big) boats (etc.), and permits networking with sympathetic elites) means that competing and winning becomes probable- if the dissident leadership is serious.
Show me that they are serious. Then we can stop talking about making Empire fall and start doing it.
Many years ago, The Simpsons aired an episode wherein Homer went into prize fighting. He didn't win because he was better than his opponent. He won because he outlasted his opponent, simply taking the beating until the opponent got too tired to continue--"gassing out" as some say--and then knocked the man out with a single piss-poor punch.
That episode was, in part, a parody of Muhammed Ali's famed "Rope-A-Dope" approach. It is as simple as it sounds; you minimize your energy expenditure, go full defensive, and make the other guy exhaust himself trying to get at you- and then when he's spent you take him out with ruthless efficiency as a flex.
This is what Globohomo is doing to Russia and the CCP. It is working. It is going to give Globohomo the win unless leadership in either or both rival Imperial states wise up and counteract before it's too late.
What It Is
In tabletop and electronic wargames, there is the concept known as "Damage Over Time". Abbrieviated as "DOT" (with "HOT" as its counterpart, for healing and recovery), a player whose man is optimized for playing a DOT strategy ensures that his opponent is too busy dealing with immediate concerns to properly address the DOT effects that erode the opponent's capacity to resist and ultimately lead to his defeat.
For this strategy to work, the opponent has to be rendered unable to address the damage accumulating over time to his capacity to resist. This means presenting some immediate threat or bait that proves bothersome to deal with, yet cannot be abandoned due to some non-trivial threat or penalty to doing so. As bait in fishing is best applied by tailoring the bait to the catch, so must baiting an opponent be tailored to the target.
How It Works
With the bait taken, the conflict is managed. The objective is to fully occupy the target's attention, and if the target can be induced to devote resources towards the distraction so much the better; the bait's safety is irrelevant, and once its usefulness is spent it is discarded- to be replaced if another is required.
The conflict is to be managed--sustained, massaged, tinkered with--until the DOT reaches a Point Of No Return past which defeat is a fait accompli. Once the target collapses due to the consequences of accumulative damage sustained, the survivor finishes off the target and takes his spoils from the defeated enemy.
The DOTs used to damage the target include damage to its ability to execute financial transactions, damage to its demography, damage to its cultural or narrative control, damage to its political capacity, and damage to its industrial output. Notice that these are all easily overlooked, especially if the target is distracted.
The geopolitical form of this strategy aims not only to bring a present regime to heel, but to sever it from its posterity; this is what the cultural attacks are for, to convert a critical mass of the target's population to Globohomo's position and thus groom a cadre of Globohomo-loyal elites to insert into place once the present regime falls.
This is, in fact, going on right now; YouTube is lousy with Globohomo shill channels fronted in earnest by Russian converts. This is what a lot of people thinking that Russia will win the peace do not comprehend; once you have a large enough cadre of cultural influencers, you can turn some of them into replacement Establishment figures and thus turn a defeated enemy into a loyal satrapy inside a generation post-defeat.
Why It Succeeds
It is this simple. This is from a Zeihan presentation made six years ago.
It has only gotten worse since then, and the very military action Peter talked about then is now going down.
Ukraine, for Russia, was the bait. That's why Globohomo put Zelensky into Kiev, covered up all the scummy shit his regime pulled (and pulls), and used it as a catspaw to provoke Moscow. They knew ALL ABOUT this very scenario.
Globohomo decided to force the issue on their terms, and those terms means using one terminal nation (Ukrainians) against another (Russians) for the purpose of poisoning a rival Imperial power (Russia) to death- and then to put a satrap in power in Moscow.
But not just Moscow. They fully intend to break up the Russian Federation into upward of a dozen smaller states, each of which too weak to resist Globohomo or the third Imperial power: China.
(We'll get back to Beijing below.)
The real DOT here is not economic or political. It's cultural.
Contra what Vox Day, Jackson Hinkle, The Duran, et. al. want people to believe the Russian demographic THAT MATTERS is already Globohom-aligned. That would be the folks comprising Russian's professional, technical, and managerial elite who are--at most--neutral or apathetic to Putin's regime and therefore the cohort of the population that would slide right back into government and corporate positions in Russia once Putin and his cohort fall from power.
Why?
Again, it is this simple:
He's someone that works with a Globohomo company (YouTube) and other such companies, which is part of the aforementioned cohort of Westernized Russians. He, and others who went abroad either for work or other reasons, did so because they could get the higher Western standard of living without having to be in a handful of locations in Russia.
You'll find similar stories with every single Russian expatriate, especially those working in the cultural end of things, and these people (and their families) tend to have skills, wealth, or both- as evidenced by the massive influx of Russia capital into Turkey and the United Arab Emirates.
When Zeihan talks about Russian demography, he includes all of these skilled and educated people dipping out leaving only fuckups, hardcore regime loyalists, and those still on the make behind to fill in the gaps- and the consequences of institutional incompetence take time to fully manfiest.
Globohomo knows that if it can keep Moscow focused on the Ukraine War long enough, there won't be anything left to rebuild with at home. All of the skill and acumen needed is out of their reach and loyal to Globohomo, so when they return they will be happy to (as a class) seize power and rebuild Russia (and whatever splits off it of this time) into a Globohomo satrapy that they run and enjoy being the boss(es) of.
It almost worked in the 1990s. This time it will succeed.
About That China Issue
The CCP has a serious problem in that a lot of its most talented and skilled people tend to leave China and not come back. Once settled, usually in the West or Southeast Asia, they begin bringing family over; this swiftly forms Mainlander Chinese enclaves in those countries.
Why do they come West? Some of it is earnest believe in Globohomo propaganda about freedom, liberty, and Enlightenment values. Most of it is flat-out Securing The Bag; they're here for the money, specifically to take what they slipped out of China and making it work for them via investments into even more money.
The CCP, knowing how this settlement pattern works, exploits it to attempt counter-operations via "Overseas Police" operations in addition to other fronts such as the Confucious Institutes (found on or near university campuses) and classic honeypot operations targetting Western officials.
But, while not to be dismissed, the real tell that the CCP is more aware of Globohomo's real strategy comes from its pervasic media controls.
The Mainlanders love Hollywood; media piracy is still endemic, despite the Great Firewall, and it is no surprise that bootleg copies of Top Gun: Maverick can be found sold on disc therein- along with other censored or banned movies, shows, and other media from outside the mainland.
There are exit bans in place, but they are not properly used or enforced.
This contributes to China's own worsening economic and political instability, not at all helped by the disasters made worse by incompetent land and water management.
Globohomo knows it has superior cultural appeal over China. That's why monied Mainlanders all flee into the West as fast as they can with as much as they can, legally or not, despite how terrible the Chinese passport is. It's also more difficult to get the better visas for Mainlanders than for diasporan Chinese.
Therefore, Globohomo knows that China is in the same boat as Russia: a young would-be elite cohort culturally aligned with the West and disfavored by the regime, biding its time in exile, and willing to go back once the CCP is gone to (for all intents and purposes) turn China into a Glohomo satrapy.
All Globohomo has to do is wait, and it uses the bait of Taiwan as well as potential naval conflicts elsewhere in waters it claims, to keep Beijing distracted from the eroding cultural control it's suffering from. Economic damage comes from disinvesting from the Mainland and into its nearby rivals instead, such as Vietnam, rerouting global trade influx and maximizing outflows from China. If Beijing doesn't resort to war soon--within the next year or two--it will slip past its No Return point and become unable to do so.
And Then We Wait For Them To Gas Out
The final part of the strategy is the most dangerous because if you don't wait for the target to hit total exhaustion, you can screw it up and give them the win by allowing them a shot at you that takes you out before they go down. This is a Fabian-style strategy, which is why Globohomo conceals its presence entirely and denies that it's doing anything of the sort; maintaining deniability ensures that no one can throw wrenches into the works, at home or abroad.
It doesn't matter how much gear you throw into the grinder. It doesn't matter how many insults you take. It doesn't matter how much money you throw at the fake problem. You get all of that back with interest when they gas out and you roll them over to take everything, put your puppets into position, and reconfigure the land, the people, the polities, and the economies into Globohomo-prefered forms.
And once you have your hooks into a target polity's elites, you can guarantee control by ensuring that their elites attend your universities and train alongside your Imperial leadership classes- because once you've converted their culture to accept yours as greater, then they accept that your morality is superior to theirs and you can convert the elites. Then the elites will convert the masses for you and thus enforce your Imperial rule invisibily. Neither Russia nor the CCP truly comprehend this, which is why they'll both die to DOTs.
Conclusion
This is why I write of Empire as something separate and distinct from any polity; it can, and it does, sit above it as a competing force in human existence. Its power comes from presenting a compelling moral paradigm to those it holds as Thralls. If you have a strong and resilient moral force--a religion--than you can do great things so long as that force can back the effort and thus make the costs worthwhile, including justification for subjugating one's own kind to the yoke of an alien religion or a foreign power.
If you want to defeat Empire, you must have a superior religion. I know of only one.

The War Is Already Here
I say that those arguing that Globohomo is not ready to wage war against peer powers misses the point. The real way that Globohomo wages war got laid out almost 20 years ago in Confessions of an Economic HitMan by John Perkins. This process is something that came up again with this recent Niger crisis.
Summarized, Globohomo wages war primarily by means of subversion and patronage. It uses private actors (corporations, NGOs, charities, etc.) as fronts for Intelligence operations whose objective is to re-engineer entire nations, countries, and states into being compliant client states--into being satrapies--tied to Globohomo's imperial power for physical, economic, and cultural security.
Yes, cultural. I'll get back to that below.
Globohomo does not merely dominate the global financial system (and with it the global economy), it OWNS the system and thus defines what it is and how it works. They are The Money.
How Globohomo Handlers Deal With Their Jackals
Perkins outlines that Globohomo has three tiers to its operations: Economic Hitmen, Jackals, and Mercenaries.
Perkins was the former. His job, using a Non-Official Cover via working for a multinational corporation or NGO, would be to find corrupt local elites (or would-be elites) and give them sweetheart deals: in return for running the targetted area as a satrapy, they get to enjoy a share of the spoils and hands-off for local affairs so long as the Imperial Core wasn't made to look.
Perkins was very good at his job, but occassionally he failed. That's when a James Bond sort comes in to kill the target and clear the way for someone more pliable to get put into position.
When Hitmen and Jackals failed, the Mercenaries--often the U.S. military, in the guise of "protecting Democracy"--would run roughshod over the targetted country and finish the job.
Even when the military route failed in the present (Vietnam), Globohomo did not give up; Intelligence would not merely wait for a suitable target to come along- they engineered such puppets, and in a generation or two Hitmen would succeed with installing a Satrap or otherwise shaping local affairs to Globohomo's liking (again, see Vietnam).
The War Is Fought On The Moral Level
Economic and political control, while necessary, is insufficient for lasting Imperial control of a satrapy. You have to change the culture.
Both Russia and the CCP have noticed this, and other states' elites have done the same. Wherever one sees a surge in homosexuality's public expression, followed by legal action to compel first tolerance and then acquiesence, one sees Globohomo's cultural subversion campaigns in action. This past week saw one such success in Brazil.

And Globohomo has been nothing but hostile to Uganda after its criminalization of homosexuality.
One can guess as to the motive, but the Shiba of Color notices a pattern: wherever this happens, homosexuals become Court Eunuchs and as in Imperial China's past they become eager agents of Globohomo ready, willing, and able to deal out rewards to friends and punishments to enemies with such glee as to make Carl Schimdt blush. They do so because they rely on the Globohomo Imperial Core for their cultural security as well as their physical, political, and economic security- they can't survive without it. They are the Cossacks of Globohomo. Troons are even more dependent than non-troon homos, so they are always pushed next; pedos troons are the final form of Globohomo's Court Eunuch caste of Spiteful Mutants.
In addition to this are the known Globohomo trends of atomizing populations using Enlightenment Individualism as a stalking horse to destroy every single institution that could stand against and defeat Globohomo's Leviathan, and then to exempt itself from the rules it promotes as Sacred Truth in another shrewed display that Schmidt was right: it rules by Unprincipled Exception, "breaking the rules to preserve them"- something seen this past week by the blatant and incompetent political prosecution of President Trump and his closest associates (including several of his lawyers).
That includes all forms of native culture, from its foundational mythology to its political economy, and very few can recognize the threat soon enough to organize and implement a counterattack. Imperium Press wrote a pair of fantastic articles about this a while back, "The Mithriadates Strategy" and "The Third World Is Going To Cop It"
"Power for me, rules for thee." extends into the cultural realm also.
The norms for mass media worldwide are formed and enforced by Globohomo's Imperial Core. The infrastructure that allows mass media to transmit worldwide? Held by the Core. The financial regime that lubricates all global media operations? Owned by the Core.
One can see how effective Globohomo is at cultural re-engineering by targetting the youth of a target population by how fast locals Westernize their dress, talk like whores and pimps on social media, and talk all the maddest of shit about their homelands and culture because they're zealous converts to the Globohomo Imperial Religion.
And if those youth go to a Globohomo-control school system they stand a good chance of coming out as Imperial priest(esse)s with the mission to rewrite their cultures to conform to the Globohomo Imperial Creed.
A reminder that translators who try to unsubtly insert their own politics into other people’s works isn’t just limited to the world of video games.
You don't need to say a single harsh word to conquer or destroy an enemy.
You need to control their key elements: culture, economics, and politics. Globohomo has this down to a science, as one expects of a competent religion, and it remains the most successful of Empire's three rival powers.
Globohomo has successfully contained Russia and the CCP. Despite Moscow and Beijing's efforts, Globohomo has successfully captured its youth cohorts for two generations and going on a third, so the poison that Globohomo has built up an immunity to is ravaging both rivals. Moscow lacks the will to commit to the extent required to counterattack against the cultural subversion, as it still does not yet comprehend it properly; Beijing is in the same boat for the same reasons- and because they cannot perceive the source of the peril, they will not counter it in time.
The financial encirlement matters more than the political one, as the latter lags behind the former, and despite sensible moves to mitigate and work around Globohomo's control of the system both cannot avoid dealing with the damage dealt to it via that same system- compounded by Globohomo accurately reading their individual cultural profiles to exploit known weaknesses.
So long as the Rope-a-Dope holds, Globohomo cannot help but to win. Once the present parties in power are gone, suitable satraps will be installed and both rivals become naught but Imperial provinces of Globohomo- and no, the recent BRICS summit will do nothing to change this. I'll let Zeihan explain why.
Globohomo is on track to win the century. The only chance to upset this will be if the CCP goes hot and wages an open war, be it over Taiwan or to put down nascent military expansion of Japan or something else Beijing sees as an existential threat, but defeat will come out of victory so don't despair just yet. Things are going to suck, but as Imperium Press points out the means to its win also guarantee its fall.
It is that moment to prepare for, because that is when Empire Must Fall.
