A Strategy Inspired By The Panama Papers
The game is distribution.
What I propose is to work with you, Dissident Leadership, to find out (a) the reach of your enemy overseas and (b) arrange a series of safe locations for your members and their families to relocate to when put under attack.
On a related note, those consultations will also include figuring out where your organization (and its members) can open offshore bank accounts without worry about your enemy hearing about it. This need not be the same place that they relocate to. Indeed, it is for the best that they are separate locations; it is uncommon that a location that's good for banking or business is also good for family life.
Finally, I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt and presume that your organiztaion is serious about its efforts. To that end, I will advise you on where to set up offshore satellite offices where you can meet with prospective partners and allies with little or no interference from your enemy- both in terms of your organization's business operations (which you will need to finance yourselves) as well as your political organizing.
This is not as obvious as you may think.
The Problem
The issue is that, by being a dissident to an imperial regime, you are an obvious target to be picked up by a rival imperial power to be used in imperial power and influence operations. Nothing discredits you faster than being outed as a shill for a rival imperial power.
Imperial intelligence operations target you when you're weak and vulnerable, and they use your weakness points to suck you in and slap the irons on you. For you, Dissident Leadership, that means money and support. Those who enter the CCP Shillsphere get to do the podcast rounds, appear on George Galloway's show, get on regime media, and enjoy a degree of protection from your enemy- but only so long as you're useful to your new masters.
Once your supporters find out that you're being supported by yet another enemy power, they are right to find you to be traitors and sellouts and deal with you summarily- and that may mean that your enemy's intentions for you might be merciful by comparison.
I am able to help you, due to years of watching and learning how these patterns play out, avoid that trap.
I can't make you money, but I can see that what you make for yourself is clean and plays well back home. I can't do your intelligence work for you, but I can help you avoid influence traps and thus own-goals back home, and I can help you connect with honest parties who see value in your success. (Note that I am not saying that they don't benefit from you winning, just that they would rather deal with you in charge than your enemy.)
The Process
The initial investment is to (a) get me to move to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and (b) get the business/office set up. This will be done by the aid of Wealthy Expat (who specializes in such relocations, from getting residency to setting up a freezone company and getting both housing and (if necessary) office space) and most of that is going to be on the housing. Once that is done, and the business is set up, I will be able to take clients--that would be you, Dissident Leadership--and get your needs identified and work out a plan to meet them.
That consultation will have a couple of standard recommendations: get key members of your organization a second citizenship, either one they're entitled to by pre-existing merit (birth, marriage, etc.) or by successfully completing a Citizenship By Investment program. Why? To keep your enemy from freezing you in place by seizing their passport, and yes it is their passport- not yours. (Residency and Citizenship are not the same thing.)
It will also take into consideration a curated list of neutral or friendly locations beyond your enemy's reach that would, at the worst, not care if you went there- and, preferably, welcomed you and yours. The latter is good because friendy locals are likely to (a) aid your cause back home and (b) protect you from your enemy should they deign to come after you or yours abroad.
And yes, Dissident Leadership, your enemy has plenty of enemies abroad with local control potent enough to tell your enemy to go pound sand.
The Objective
Your goal, which I will help you to achieve, is to distribute your organization's infrastructure internationally so that you become anti-fragile and resilient while you struggle with your enemy back home.
Garnering support for your cause, politically and financially, by engaging internationally demonstrates that you're a viable alternative to your enemy's regime.
Making business deals, strengthening your financial capacities so that your enemy can't easily freeze you or yours out, all become much easier when you have the structure in place to do it- something that, at present, you do not have.
You do not you in the United Kingdom, not you in the United States, nor any of you anywhere in Europe, nor in Canada, New Zealand, Austrailia, South Africa, or anywhere else where Globohomo is doing its best to turn you and yours into an extinct species.
It's Time To Prove That You Want To Win
It is long past time to use the rules of the game to your advantage. I am able to do this, but I cannot do it for free, and I cannot do it without the tools or the position; if you want to become the serious threat to Globohomo that you think that you are--that you say you are, that your enemies fear that you are--then now is the time to prove it by backing my proposal.
You're trying to save your people and your homeland. A few million in United States Dollars is nothing compared to having your homeland and future back.
