I round off by revealing my results from an online poll designed to tell you which party best represents your view."

And I Say: What he does here is worthy of consideration. It's something that I think is useful to do in other states or federations where formal power comes through an electoral process, if only to think through the reality of the situation compared to the rhetoric spread through the media outlets.

The Corbett Report: How to Fake an Alien Invasion

Corbett's take is that all this talk of aliens is bullshit. As he puts it: "We all know about the crude pie-plate-on-string UFO hoaxes that have been perpetrated in the past. But what if I were to tell you the greatest UFO hoax of all time is being prepared right now, and it has Rockefeller backing and UN/Vatican/presidential support? Join us this week as we peek under the bluebeam curtain at the great alien invasion false flag."

In other words, the entire thing is meant to build up a fraudulent level of plausibility that culminates in a faked invasion. If you've ever seen the Penn & Teller video explaining how and why the best stage magicians can and do pull off their tricks, then you'll see the same principle at work: you have to be willing and able to get way beyond what the mark could even conceive as reasonable effort to make the trick work on the mark as intended. As it is for stage magicians using fraud to perform tricks to entertain people, so it is with everyone else using fraud to scam you out of your wealth, your health, and your freedom. This is what Corbett's getting at here.

Stefan Molyneux: They Control Humans With Words.

This is in response to a listener question regarding the domination of Leftist politics in academia in the West, specifically in the Humanities and related fields (i.e. not STEM). Molyneux is an Anarcho-Capitalist, so he's anti-authoritarian and anti-Left, but the arguments he makes regarding the use of language and narrative control is equally applicable to the Right's authoritarians (they just suck at it by comparison). Be prepared for his crack at psychology near the end; it is consistent with his overall position (an insistence on independently-verifiable evidence for claims made).
