Narrative Warfare: The American Kritarchy Is Broken

On Friday of this past week, the Supreme Court of the United States make a ruling in the matter of Trump vs. CASA. Alexander Macris wrote about this at the Tree of Woe.

Trump, President of the United States, et al. v. CASA, Inc., et al.. is a Supreme Court case that originated when President Trump proclaimed Executive Order No. 14160, titled "Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship."

Issued on January 20, 2025, the order declared a new policy for the United States: persons born in the U.S. would not be recognized as citizens if their mother was unlawfully present or lawfully but temporarily present, and their father was neither a U.S. citizen nor a lawful permanent resident at the time of their birth. This executive action directly challenged a century of settled law and interpretation of the Fourteenth Amendment's Citizenship Clause.

Predictably, the EO ignited a conflagration of lawsuits. Individuals, organizations like CASA, Inc., and a coalition of 22 states, the District of Columbia, and the city of San Francisco, filed separate suits in federal district courts in Maryland, Massachusetts, and Washington. They sought to enjoin the implementation and enforcement of Executive Order 14160, arguing it violated the Fourteenth Amendment and Section 201 of the Nationality Act of 1940.

Each district court, without exception, found the Executive Order likely unlawful and, crucially, issued universal preliminary injunctions. These injunctions barred executive officials from applying the Executive Order to anyone, not just the plaintiffs in the respective cases. The Courts of Appeals, in turn, denied the Government's requests to stay this sweeping relief. Accordingly, the case was brought before the United States Supreme Court.

You will want to read the rest of Macris's article. He goes into the depths of Opinion, the brutal way the majority crushed Judge DEI's dissent, the opinions that concur and dissent from the majority, and then comes to this conclusion:

Now, with the courts no longer tying his hands, Trump can do what he wants domestically. He has the chance to prove that his platform was more than rhetoric, that he can translate populist will into institutional change. But if he drifts further into global entanglements, seduced by the drama of war or the applause of the foreign policy establishment, then he’ll prove just the opposite.

Which we shall see, despite the efforts of those same treasonous judges to workaround this conclusive ruling as I write this post, as the Administration now has permission--legal and thus political cover--to flat out ignore such judicial interference in the attempt to enforce Globohomo power upon someone not a Thrall to Empire wielding power against it.

Narrative Warfare: Trump Helped Globohomo Overextend Itself Into A Weak Position

Last evening, my time, this came out over Twitter.

In case folks forgot, this is a summary of events:

• Trump offers peace deal
• Iran does not accept deal by deadline
• Israel attacks Iran after the deadline
• Trump says that a deal is preferable, but Iran made its choice
• Israel clears the way for a strike
• US executes the strike

People forget that the enemy gets a vote.

This too is Art of the Deal, in this case how to punish those acting in bad faith. Governments and gangsters are the same; you have not only act the part, but be the part, or get crushed by those that can. This means using force to punish those acting against you when you made a good faith effort and got rebuffed or the counterparty attempts perfidity.

Mainstream media lies. Do you think than any competent actor against Empire would not weaponize that against the Thralls he opposes?

The troop movements, the material asset deployments, and the media reporting of such are now revealed to be Disinformation Operations to sucker the OSINT gang into being dupes. I would not take claims of things like Mossad having a secret Forward Operations Base in Iran from which they do drone strikes at face value; you need independent confirmation to vet that claim and all others- including US asset movements.

He knows how the game is played. Not improbable for him to post that video to further the strategic deception by having people looking at the wrong things and places so as to help the real operators to exfiltrate safely, while not saying a single untrue word at all- that's how you lie with facts and logic, by doing the Magician's Trick of misdirection of attention.

No, there will be no boots on the ground. No, there will not be World War 3. Putin Gang is impotent because Ukraine consumes its attention and resources and Winnie Gang is busy executing a Palace Coup against Winnie The Pooh to do anything about this or anything else; only Globohomo matters right now. No one will save Iran. Not even its proxies, who are disloyal and will cut and run as soon as it is clear Tehran is neutered.

Yes, that "Axis of Resistance" is a joke and so is BRICS.

Empire is falling, and Trump just put Globohomo into an overexposed position from which it cannot escape.

The Riot Playbook Got Deployed Without Checking The Target

Now that, for all intents and purposes, Summer has arrived in the United States the Thralls of Globohomo are using the very pressure tactics Mike Benz talked about to make Trump unable to govern until the midterms where the Dems are intended to retake Congress in total and use Impeachment and Conviction to remove Trump and Vance from office and from there take out all of the other anti-Globohomo elements in the American Establishment.

But they figured that Trump would be as he was in his first term. He's not. He's far more willing and able to go hard this time, and go hard he has. He seized control of California's National Guard from the traitor Gaven Newsome and deployed them to secure Federal facilities so ICE could do its job, and to help put down the riots the US Marines were deployed out os 29 Palms with live ammunition.

Furthermore, Mexico's President made the unforced errors of (a) admitting that her government backed the riots, (b) admitting that these Mexicans were Mexicans and cannot ever be Americans, (c) threatening military action against the United States in light of a 3.5% remittance tax (which would tank Mexico's economy). That is clear and present enemy action by a hostile power on the US border.

Data Republican would come out with another foreign power--China--also supporting this riot and the networks behind it by tracing where a lot of funding and support came from. The balance, as usual, comes from Globohomo's leeching of US funding into its NGO network.

Mexico is Globohomo-controlled, though China wants it for itself and is playing the usual fuck-fuck games to do so (and somehow hasn't gotten the cartels on their asses yet), so this is a case of two Thrall factions uniting against a mutual threat.

We're seeing the Dissident Right start to see this far faster than they did before.

Sargon's take is the most Normie-adjacent, and even he's seeing this for what it is: proxy warfare.

The proposed remittance tax is going to adjusted upwards in response, and that's just legislative retribution. More and more people are going to insist on the following.

The next step, by the time of publication, is escalation by extension of operations; the rioting will have spread to other Dem-controlled cities where ICE is operating with the aim of shutting down ICE enforcement there also. The Thralls doing this think they can spread the Feds too thin to be effective.

They forget that simply shooting them on the spot is on the table.

Remigration--getting on the plane--is the moderate option. Summary execution--dumping them into ditches--is what is required to ensure that this stop permanently.

And the Overton Window shifts closer and closer to Kill All Aliens And Traitors with every riot, and every day of every riot, and every traitorous or seditious official or media figure trying to run cover for them.

Not that it will happen; the majority will quit and get on the plane once enough of them are dumped in a ditch.

Good job there, using the old playbook like that. Eat shit and die.

Narrative Warfare: You Can't Moralize Predators Away

It can't be explained any plainer.

You're going to hear gainsaying.

The problem is that you can't argue against this without exposing presumptions that negate the gainsaying assertion. "The enemy gets a vote" is how to summarize counterpunching against gainsaying; when the other party, by word or by deed, says (and votes, literally and otherwise) "Fuck no I'm not part of you and I will treat you accordingly."

That's the killshot.

They do not agree that they are part of you. They see you as Other, as Them, not as Us. They treat you accordingly; you are a target to be cheated, abused, and killed because you are not Us- you are not human. You are Fair Game.

That is why you cannot extend moral behavior to those who prey upon you, and thus why Friend/Enemy Distinction trump all other rubricks. You can cordial to neutrals, but you cannot abide predation upon you and yours for that just invites more of the same- both in severity and in frequency.

The Thralls of Empire, regardless of which faction they serve--Globohomo, Neo-Tsar, Red Dynasty--are all united in seeing you as not part of Us; you are Them, and that's why you must oppose them despite their claims of legitimacy over you. Enough of you have. That is why Empire is falling.
