Onward Towards Victory

This is our time.

The doom is illusory. We've got this, even the losses are only surface-level and short-term; the long-term trends are all in our favor.

Those people who thought they were untouchable? Nope.

You'll see more of this as things go on.

Don't sweat the Midterms, folks. Go vote. Get all you can to vote; if we show up, we win.

As for the setbacks, they also open new avenues of attack.

And, by way of example, note the following:

  1. US citizens are levied income tax (at the Federal level) based on citzenship status, not domicile or residency. Furthermore, while State taxes are residency-based, they still levy tax based on your US address of record before you expatriated.
  2. SCOTUS allowed for Anchor Baby fuckery.
  3. The IRS is notoriously aggressive when alerted.
  4. Due to FACTA and FBAR, it is a Felony offense--and yes, they will snatch your ass from abroad for this--to not disclose all foreign bank accounts and similar foreign finacial holdings in addition to not filing tax returns.
  5. It is trivially easy to write a letter, or talk to a Representative or Senator (at both levels), to ask them to request how aggressive and consistent the IRS (or the State tax agency) is in collecting that revenue- and then to ask how Congress (or the State's legislature) can make this easier. This costs ZERO political capital, makes them look good to their voting base, and gets the press coverage that they want for their brand image- a win-win, but also leaves them open to YOU demanding follow-through.
  6. Once the IRS (and a few high-tax states) start squeezing those anchor babies abroad for money, they will flood into the near US Consulate to renounce citizenship- especially after a few get nabbed by the IRS and/or the FBI.

You only need a few high-profile examples to start the stampede. YOU can do this, now, today, with an email and a phone call. Know someone who's skipping out? Drop that dime; let the system incentives work in your favor for once and see them squirm under the lights of an invesigator who's all out of fucks and will ream them because he can and be rewarded for it. Suddenly all those ticking time bombs defuse themselves.

Empire is over. Never doom.

Globohomo's Narrative Warfare Capacity Directly Attacked

People respond to incentives. There was a massive incentive to engage in baiting engagement on Twitter via demoralization ops. That just died.

This came out in light of an even bigger exposure: The Sothern Poverty Law Center got caught committing Wire Fraud (and more) due to funding the very "far right" groups they claimed to be fighting. The US Department of Justice, after an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, dropped a massive pile of indictments on this over the past week.

I'd link to Mister Metokur's livestream of this very topic, but he routinely nukes his streams after they're over to maintain his security (well, as much as can be had; he's been SWATTed multiple times); he noticed, as did many of us long-time dissidents and those around such, that several very loud doomposting figures suddently shut up and skipped town.

Incentives matter.

And we have good reason to believe that one or more of those doomposting twats also got caught, while the rest will get swallowed by the shitstorm to follow.

The enemy's Narrative Warfare capacity is now coming under direct fire via lawfare and I am here for it. The Anti-Defamation League, National Lawyer's Guide, and other such groups who are also Commie Fronts have to be sweating bullets right now. They're next. The follow-on of Twitter demonitizing other doomposters (as part of an overall de-sloppification campaign targetting Turd World accounts) was just a fantastic one-two punch to end the week by killing the incentive to doompost and demoralize.

You know this is the correct take because they tried to assassinate Trump again last night.

Empire is over.

The Loss That Wasn't

On Friday the Supreme Court ruled on how Trump used emergency powers for his Tarriff policy. They said no. The Administration was ready.

The Administration was ready for this. Did you bother to consider why if they were so confident on the powers they used?

Consider this from Trump's point of view. He has information that you don't, and he has acumen that you don't. He's well aware that using the emergency powers was the weakest option, but this was also the means by which Globohomo-aligned figures pushed through things that brought on and accelerated the decline.

Now that's off the table, not just for Trump but for every President after him.

As the Treasury Secretary says, there are other options--stronger options--to achieve the same ends. They had this prepared well in advance, knowing that striking down the emergency powers was possible- even likely. The enemy had to expend capital that they can no longer readily replenish, or easily replenish, to achieve this outcome. Meanwhile, like Rome in its strength, Trump rolls out the stronger backup and keeps on going as if nothing happened.

That is not a loss. That is inflicting a Pyhrric Victory on the enemy. When they see the tarriffs not go away, but only reconfigure, they'll recognize the reality before them.

This is Trump's Art of the Deal in action; he sets up the negotation so that he walks away getting what he wants either way, even if he prefers one over the other. Too many of you don't bother to read his playbook when it's freely available online. This is why he consistently wins; no one reads his own manual.

So no, the tariffs aren't going anywhere. The economic restoration of the American System is going to continue. There is no going back to Globohomo Supremacy.

Empire is falling.

Narrative Warfare: Globohomo Has Begun The Civil War

A few observations made over the last 24 hours.

Which is bad enough, then Sargon gets the elite treason on video.

The United Kingdom's getting it hard right now, but all of the West is being so abused (less so, and declining, in the United States under Trump) because the Thralls of Globohomo are openly importing hostile low IQ aliens and letting them prey upon the native nation in order to protect their own base of power.

Covering this up is the true objective of all the censorship coming out globally across Globohomo because they are pre-emptively attempting to disrupt and destroy resistance against their rule.

Civil War across Globohomo isn't coming, it is here. It is here because Globohomo senses that it is in danger, it is falling, and is acting in its own defense.

The nations of the West are not only right to resist by any means necessary, they have the duty to do so and are entitled to act accordingly. If that means ditches and piles, so be it; if it can be done politically and via lawfare, fine. How it is done does not matter. Only the result matters.

No one said that there wouldn't be casualties. Victory always extracts a price. Better to pay it and be done with it than to shy away from it and make it worse. Empire is falling.

Narrative Warfare: The American Kritarchy Is Broken

On Friday of this past week, the Supreme Court of the United States make a ruling in the matter of Trump vs. CASA. Alexander Macris wrote about this at the Tree of Woe.

Trump, President of the United States, et al. v. CASA, Inc., et al.. is a Supreme Court case that originated when President Trump proclaimed Executive Order No. 14160, titled "Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship."

Issued on January 20, 2025, the order declared a new policy for the United States: persons born in the U.S. would not be recognized as citizens if their mother was unlawfully present or lawfully but temporarily present, and their father was neither a U.S. citizen nor a lawful permanent resident at the time of their birth. This executive action directly challenged a century of settled law and interpretation of the Fourteenth Amendment's Citizenship Clause.

Predictably, the EO ignited a conflagration of lawsuits. Individuals, organizations like CASA, Inc., and a coalition of 22 states, the District of Columbia, and the city of San Francisco, filed separate suits in federal district courts in Maryland, Massachusetts, and Washington. They sought to enjoin the implementation and enforcement of Executive Order 14160, arguing it violated the Fourteenth Amendment and Section 201 of the Nationality Act of 1940.

Each district court, without exception, found the Executive Order likely unlawful and, crucially, issued universal preliminary injunctions. These injunctions barred executive officials from applying the Executive Order to anyone, not just the plaintiffs in the respective cases. The Courts of Appeals, in turn, denied the Government's requests to stay this sweeping relief. Accordingly, the case was brought before the United States Supreme Court.

Those who have been in tune with events saw what was done coming: Supreme Court Rules that Judges Don’t Get to Just Rule

You will want to read the rest of Macris's article. He goes into the depths of Opinion, the brutal way the majority crushed Judge DEI's dissent, the opinions that concur and dissent from the majority, and then comes to this conclusion:

Now, with the courts no longer tying his hands, Trump can do what he wants domestically. He has the chance to prove that his platform was more than rhetoric, that he can translate populist will into institutional change. But if he drifts further into global entanglements, seduced by the drama of war or the applause of the foreign policy establishment, then he’ll prove just the opposite.

Which we shall see, despite the efforts of those same treasonous judges to workaround this conclusive ruling as I write this post, as the Administration now has permission--legal and thus political cover--to flat out ignore such judicial interference in the attempt to enforce Globohomo power upon someone not a Thrall to Empire wielding power against it.

Empire is falling.

Narrative Warfare: For Globohomo's Enemies, The Law

Something Frame Game talked about when he was on with Tucker is that Globohomo, working first through the US State Department and then through the European Union's various organs (and those of its member states), has no qualms doing massive purges of enemies of Globohomo when it installs its Thralls into power in a targetted polity.

Globohomo does not care how it is done. All it cares about is that (a) it keeps whatever power it takes and (b) it maintains plausible deniability because otherwise Total Narrative Dominance is threatened.

That's why they use lawfare first and foremost when purging enemies. They use captive media to frame the targets as BadWrongThinkers that did BadWrongThings so they must be punished to protect Muh Democracy (defined as the consensus of Globohomo-controlled institutions).

They also use the prisons to justify what would otherwise be condemned as Human Rights Violations (because it's okay when they do it), up to and including killing people.

Salvini may put up a brave front, but behind closed doors he and his side has to know that this is an implicit death threat should they succeed in imprisoning him. Opposing Empire is not without costs, and this is one of them. If you come at the king, you best not miss. Nonetheless, Empire Must Fall.

Narrative Warfare: The International Court Of Justice Case Is Useless Theater

The LOLSuit To End All LOLSuits

The Republic of South Africa brought a case against the State of Israel to the International Court of Justice over a week and a half ago on charges of committing genocide against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

Yes, a state that is committing genocide against the Boers is bringing a charge of genocide against Israel for doing the same to the Palenstinians.

In addition to being one of the biggest examples of virtue signaling to distract from one's own massive criminality, this is one of the largest pieces of political theater outside of the United States that I have had the distinction to witness via livestreaming.

A Pointless Action

Supporters and boosters of this legal action proclaim this to be a massive win for Civilization because it seeks to impose the Rule of Law upon a state heretofore said, and shown, to be akin to the Three Imperial Powers (and several former Imperial powers) in its disregard for same.

No one has provided a satisfactory answer to this question: "And the Court will enforce against judgement against Israel how?"

Let me reframe this without the polite language: "Who the fuck has a large enough body of trigger-pulling killers to blast their way to Bibi, shove a gun to his face and say 'COMPLY OR DIE!'?"

Of those who, in theory, could do this no one will as they are all allied to Israel. The State of Israel knows this. That is why they don't care about this action, why most of the world does not care about this action, and why this is one of the most pointless displays of political theater in living memory. The outcome is irrelevant as there is no will to enforce any decision against Israel.

Furthermore, the action is further undermined in its legitimacy by the complaining party being guilty of the very thing they claim that Israel is guilty of, opening South Africa to a countersuit on the same charge on behalf of the Boers- and unlike Israel, there is a will and a capacity to punish the South Africa state and establishment severely if found guilty.

And in both cases, the rulings cannot help but to be seen through a partisan lense as all forms of "international law" are nothing more then Globohomo expressions of Imperial power.

This is not only a waste of time and resources, it is an insult to the Boers, Palenstians, and (believe it or not) the Israelis.

You Are Not Helping

Even the most beautiful of Palenstine's advocates--the Syrian Girl, Maram Sulsi--admits that pro-Palenstian activism has proven ineffective.

It's not merely ineffective, it is counter-productive.

In the West, this cause is used to commit bandity on the roads in defiance of the law and blocking transit of uninvolved third parties (as well as emergency reponse vehicles, causing public emergencies) and rioting in city streets across the nation-states of the West. It is also used to justify further migration of hostile alien men of military age, all of them illegal aliens, under dubious claims of asylum.

On the waters, the Houthi rebels in Yemen (prompted by their Iranian patrons) use this cause to conduct piracy on the waters against global shipping without restricion despite claims to the contrary- and damaging not only uninvolved third parties participating directly in global shipping (as crew, as ship owners, as cargo owners, as insurers) as well as everyone else no matter how removed they are because everything is affected by the slightest hiccup in the global economy like this.

Anyone sincere about helping the Palenstinians know that none of this is good optics and thus have already lost the Frame Game necessary to wage Narrative Warfare effectively.

This is not how you make Empire fall.

Life Is A Solved Problem: The Revival Of The Ancient Family To Defeat The Total State

What do you do when you combine the framework used by the global elite and the wealthy to protect their assets, as laid out by the Panama Papers and its follow-ups, with the ancient family model laid out in detail in Book 2 of Fustel de Coulange's The Ancient City

On The Acquittal of The Hero Kyle Rittenhouse

The Kenosha Kid, Kyle Rittenhouse, got acquitted on all counts this past Friday about midday. The reactions were as you would expect from the Thralls.

Which, after much mirth, prompted this reflect from everyone's favorite Good Boy Beige Shiba (via Discord):

Honestly, I don't think leftoids understand how much of a bullet they dodged as a result of Rittenhouse being acquitted.

Retaining self defence was actually the lesser evil for them.

Because if self defence just got yeeted out, the logical conclusion would be for dudes at the end of their rope to just show up to protests, loaded for bear and just go full score attack mode.

And I'm pretty confident that's what would have ended up happening.

The entire point of self defence is that it puts limitations on lawful violence. If you remove those limitations entirely, either way, you forget the matter of what people do when they don't want to live any more.

(Continued after an aside about Glowie ops)

I'm saying that if people were denied legal protection in the event of self defence, that is a potential "Welp, terrorism it is" moment.

I wouldn't expect it to be any kind of coordinated or effective resistence or insurgency.

It would just take one dude in the vicinity of each riot to go "Fuck it, I have nothing left to live for and I am fucking sick of these people".

And right now the system is creating an abundance of such people. And I think most leftoids haven't understood that because they cannot into politics.

Shiba ain't wrong, but that's the half of it.

The instant this touches off, you get a pair of mutally-reinforcing Stand-Alone Complex issues.

The Thralls, being programmable NPCs, will get Order 66 relayed to them and they'll go all Zombie Horde well past their heretofore acceptable boundaries into the suburbs and exurbs where Designated Enemies are known to reside. Despairing Normies, seeing no way out, give no fucks dumping mags into the horde--which, sooner than later, returns fire--and smarter players on both sides begin avoiding the masses in favor of scouting High Value Targets (such as journalists and media outlets) to shoot-and-scoot. Assassinations and drive-bys by both sides against those targets that don't immediately hunker down like Third World politicos get yeeted, and no the Feds won't be able to do much to keep it under control even if they wanted to (and yes, they do, for very cynical reasons).

If the Thralls got what they wanted, we'd be in a countdown to Civil War, because that's exactly what this scenario would turn into and it would be the Bosian or Yugoslavia sort of neighbor-v-neighbor score settling that gets nasty and brutal at lightspeed. The responses to the initial fighting would guarantee that Civil War would happen, and the United States would be useless internationally until well after its conclusion.

Not that the enemy won't try again, either by siccing the Feds on him or some other means, because they cannot let this affront to their amygdala--their mentality--stand; if they don't kill Kyle, they'll murder someone else--like what they did in Portland--to settle the score in their minds.

Therefore the best way to protect Kyle is to faciliate his diappearance from the scene and keep him out of sight for the time being. Let him enjoy Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's in peace with his family and friends and not worrying about some Antifa/BLM hit team or mob ambushing him out of the blue somewhere to get revenge for a pedophile, a wife-beater, and a perfidious felon. If nothing else, pray for his safety and his healing; we'll need men like him in the hard times to come as Empire falls.

Narrative Warfare: When The Enemy Quietly Secures The Enforcers' Loyalty

Time to get something in front of the YouTube Lawyers, because this one is nasty as it gets. Quoting the article:

"Does a federal badge allow a police officer to violate your constitutional rights with absolute impunity? The answer is “yes,” according to two U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals in three different cases brought by a Somali refugee who was in her teens, a 70-year-old Vietnam veteran and a small business owner/mechanic. Nearly 60 million Americans now live in states where the courts offer absolute immunity to federal officers who violate someone’s constitutional rights. As one federal judge recently lamented, “Private citizens who are brutalized—even killed—by rogue federal officers can find little solace” in the current accountability framework.”

The linked article goes on to explain the cases in depth, but the reality is exactly as stated: the US Federal judiciary just turned all Federal agents into the sort of corrupt Judges that Dredd loathes.

The US has, by judicial fiat, turned these agents into executioners and thus given them the protected status that a Praetorian caste requires to remain loyal to an endangered regime. This does not yet apply to the agents of the several states or to city/county agents, but if it is not stopped now it will soon be the case and at that time an already informal practice of law enforcement thinking itself above the people--"Thin Blue Line" and all that--will be fully formalized and a status hierarchy among them with it- with the Feds again at the top.

This, by the by, is another reason for why there is no voting your way out of this mess. Any electoral process insufficiently fixed to produce the desired result can be sued into irrelevance in the courts while loyalists in the Executive sandbag to buy time and otherwise sabotage reform attempts.

This only works wholly as intended so long as it remains concealed. Exposure, even of this sort, is damaging because it hurts their narrative.

These rulings wouldn't be necessary if the Thralls of Empire remained secure in their power. They are doing these rulings out of weakness, to shore up what they see as an eroding base of power, and they want to guarantee their enforcers' loyalty by formalizing the already-informal separation and elevation of that caste away from the general population.

And for you honest cops and Feds out there, for the love of God watch your six and get clear as soon as you can. You know this is going to turn into a shitshow the instant a Fed does something that gets local or state cops imprisoned (e.g. George Floyd) and skates with aplomb citing this exact ruling, and no amount of "I'm an honest cop!" will save you or your family. Get out now, while you can, and then get clear before this blows up.

And it will blow up. This ruling signals not only the desperation of the regime, but also where they think their preparations are for moving from covert to overt totalitarianism is- which necessitates a culling of the herd to get and keep them down to a managable state in tightly-controlled confines (i.e. imprisoning entire populations).

It's encouraging because it's a sign of weakness. It's dangerous because cornered rats are viscous and violent with no restraints whatsoever on their use of force. Empire falls, and it tries to take its enemies with it.

Narrative Warfare: When The Judiciary Runs Amok

Bill Cosby got out of prison the other day. The Execellence of Elocution cut a rant you ought to hear.

The TLDR is that Cosby got screwed for political reasons due to conflicts between members of the Judiciary in Pennsylvania. The damage is done, of course, so there is naught but cold comfort to be had here.

The entire thing felt like a set-up from the get-go, as it had all the tells of a scam driven by media hit-pieces and professional victims, but being reversed on appeal and released doesn't mean that Cosby will have either the will or the means to go after the parties responsible. No, what we see here is not Cosby as a man with agency. What we have here is a man reduced to a pawn for an existing internecine fight, one he got stuck into in an opportunistic manner by his enemies, and thus made to endure the spectacle in exactly the manner explained by the saying "the process is the punishment".

It does not matter what Cosby is actually guilty of, if anything. What matters is that folks with their own agenda decided to use a pop cultural insanity to destroy enemies and help friends. Count on a lot of these high-profile prosecutions to be similiarly compromised or corrupt if they are seriously and competently examined, and count on encoutering yet more judicial corruption when you do so.

These things always start with politically-disfavored targets because of that status. Makes it easier to justify to parties inclined and able to stop it, and after that's done a few times you begin to creep closer and closer to screwing ordinary people in the same manner. Past a given point, you reached a critical mass of momentum and you can't stop it without a similiarly organized and dedicated effort to seize and hold power.

There are other tells of corruption, and one of them is judicial manipulation of the jury- which is what happened both here and in the recent Chauvin case. You cannot rely on the jury being properly impartial, so you can't rely on a well-reasoned argument being any benefit to you; the corruption of juries fixes the results before trials begin, which reliably turns the trial itself into a ritual humiliation of the target. It is being tricked into wearing the Devil Horns for a Death Cult ritual execution.

And because these are all driven by Friend/Enemy distinction, using this lens reliably exposes political prosecutions and does so for what they are: ritualized performance of aid to allies and execution of enemies, using the power of the state to enforce the results and (with media aid) disguise the reality of the situation behind a fraud of civil impartiality.

When the judiciary realizes that they have the power to do this on their own behalf, they always run amok, and that is what happened here. Cosby getting out isn't necessarily fixing a corruption mistake; it is far more likely that he served his purpose so there was no point in holding him any longer, and the damage done to him by this prosecution will be significant enough to keep him down hereafter. In short, getting released isn't a win for him.

Which means that savvy dissidents are realizing that they need to avoid the courts as best they can, and get savvy in dealing with it when they must.

However, judicial corruption is late-stage decadence. It relies on a compliant enforcer class--these lawspeakers ain't handling the arresting, confinement, and punishment themselves--and once that class turns it's over. Because this is a late-stage affair, that comes sooner than later, so far from this being a lasting status it's a tell of collapse being on the table. Plan accordingly. Empire falls.

Narrative Warfare: A Preview of the 2021 Riot Season

Over the weekend, a cop in a Minneapolis suburb shot and killed a black man. The rioting commenced immediately. This is from Alpha News, Minnesota's only based news outlet.

The suburb is Brooklyn Center, a former working class bedroom community in the first ring of suburbs--those directly bordering Minneapolis and St. Paul--that transitioned over the last 30 years into becoming an extension of the northside ghetto of Minneapolis due to blacks moving into the expansion of cheap housing there during the 80s and 90s. Where the rioting takes place is in the outlet area of what used to be the Brookdale Mall.

The feckless Democrat leadership in the Governor's Mansion continue to espouse the party line on such matters:

@GovTimWalz

I am closely monitoring the situation in Brooklyn Center. Gwen and I are praying for Daunte Wright’s family as our state mourns another life of a Black man taken by law enforcement.

10:02 PM · Apr 11, 2021

@LtGovFlanagan

Replying to @LtGovFlanagan

The trauma of yet another Black man dying at the hands of law enforcement weighs heavy on our state.

10:58 PM · Apr 11, 2021·

This is hardly the only violent interaction between a black suspect and Law Enforcement since last May. It's only because the suspect died violently during an arrest that this is being used to justify rioting, with the real target being the rest of the Twin Cities area. As I said, the Chauvin trial is fixed to acquit and those not yet clued in on this are trying to intimidate the jury with this rioting.

In other words, we just got a taste of what is about to go off across the Twin Cities next month or so when the verdict comes in. The rioting will be worse than last year, and that feckless fat fuck will call out the National Guard to occupy the Cities to put the rioting down or he's going to get yeeted from office by his enemies in the Legislature- and so will his Lt. Governor.

The exploitation of the childlike narcisism of the black community as a weapon to wield like a club against the rest of the state is absent from normie discourse here, as one would expect, but the failure of local media to so much as issue warnings to avoid the area--despite having personnel or working near there--shows that this is not just marching orders from above, but also Boomer-style head-in-the-sand denial of reality at work. I know that my General Practictioner and his peers working out of their office between my place and the rioting will have words to say, quietly, when I see them later this week for a regularly-schedule checkup.

And yes, if I didn't need to stay put for medical reasons, I'd already relocate outstate far from this mess. Rural Minnesota's strength and weakness lies in its distance from the lunacy of the state's cities.

Narrative Warfare: I Told You It Was A Set-Up

I said when it was announced that the Chauvin trial was fixed, but for an acquittal, and now that is coming to pass.

Apparently, no one is watching the trial of Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer on trial for the murder of George Floyd. Otherwise, the media couldn’t get away with their spectacular lying to the public about how the prosecution is killing it.

It’s quite the opposite. In fact, in less than a week, the prosecution’s theory of the crime has subtly shifted from MURDER! to “failed to provide what we would say, in retrospect, would be a full and complete duty of care during the one- to three-minute interval between Floyd’s resisting the police to his dying, as a hostile crowd screamed obscenities at the police officers.”

The defense hasn’t even begun to make its case, but the prosecution’s witnesses keep helping Chauvin. (The only exception to the wild media lying is Headline News, where the lawyer commentators go the extra mile by watching the trial.)

Week One was chock-a-block with weeping bystanders wailing about how they felt watching Chauvin restrain Floyd. This would be tremendous evidence if the charge against Officer Chauvin were “first-degree upsetting bystanders.” But that’s not the charge. That’s not even a crime.

One especially distraught witness, Charles McMillian, an elderly black man, testified to seeing “foam” coming out of Floyd’s mouth.

QUIZ: Is foam coming out of the mouth a sign of:

a) a head wound?

b) strangulation?

c) a drug overdose?

ANSWER: c) a drug overdose.

Apart from that crucial fact, McMillian’s evidence only pertained to “first-degree upsetting bystanders.” Which, again, is not a crime.

My favorite witness — and the media’s favorite, too! — was Genevieve Hansen, Feminist Hero. She appeared in court in her firefighter dress uniform and a belligerent mood — though not as belligerent as the day Floyd died, when she showed up in sweats and began shrieking at the officers.

The headlines are along the lines of “Firefighter: I Could Have Saved Floyd’s Life, But Police Wouldn’t Let Me.”

Yes, apparently, Genevieve would have invented a time machine, gone back, and stopped Floyd from ingesting three times the lethal dose of fentanyl. I take it back: Chubby girls make the best firefighters! (Don’t get snippy with me: It’s beyond outrageous that fire departments have abandoned all physical fitness requirements solely in order to hire more women.)

According to Genevieve, the police on the scene unaccountably refused to step aside and take direction from her, despite her full ONE YEAR of experience as a firefighter.

Genevieve was totally on top of the situation. In her statement to investigators shortly after the event, she described Floyd as a “small, slim man.” Floyd was at least 6-foot-4 and weighed 230 pounds. The largest police officer on the scene was Chauvin, coming in at 5-foot-9 and 140 pounds. Genevieve missed nothing!

Even in the calm setting of a courtroom, with no agitated bystanders yelling at her, here are the things Genevieve says she would have done to save Floyd’s life!

In order:

“I would have requested additional help.”

“I would have wanted someone to call 911.”

Remember that this man is the Attourney General for the State of Minnesota, and therefore is the shot-caller for this politically-charged case.

That photo was taken at a local Commie bookstore, Mayday Books, and his son is an open Antifa comrade sitting on the Minneapolis City Council. He's Antifa. He's a Glowie asset, and he's allied to Governor Tim Walz who remains embattled over his Emergency Power abuses in this state.

There are already professional rioters agitating the local ghettos and college suckers here. They need political cover to execute their riots, and the Governor needs political cover to crush his enemies. Riots erupting that cause massive damage to the Twin Cities solves both problems.

Sure, Biden and the national players will exploit this for their gain, but they are not the primary beneficiaries here. It's a state and local power play, not a national or international one, and it is far more defensive than offensive. If there is a silver lining to be found in this clusterfuck, there it is: they're pulling gay ops to cover their asses, not to execute attacks.

Either way, it means I'll be watching the rioters again soon enough. I give it a few weeks before it's warm enough for the riots to touch off, at which time the case will be put down and Chauvin gets his acquittal. No, I doubt the jury will convict even if they want to; I have no faith in any independent actors being in that jury box. This entire case glows.

Narrative Warfare: The Chauvin Trial, Or "Burn ALL Of It Down This Time"

The Chauvin trial--the trial for the cop that's accused of killing George Floyd--began today. The prosecution has already demonstrated that they're fucking retards.

They're going to sandbag this prosecution, and Antifa--already present again in force in Minneapolis--is already planning to riot when (not if) the cop gets acquitted.

I say "when" because the riots will give the embattled Governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz, the political cover he will need to put down the threats to his power from within the state's institutions as well as clamp down on popular dissent against his rule-by-decree that the Wu Flu enabled heretofore.

The rioting this time will be targeted at the Governor's rivals within the Minnesota DFL as well as his party's enemies, which means it will not be confined to a narrow strip across the south side of Minneapolis with a few jabs into St. Paul. It will range further, specifically to exhaust an already depleated and demoralized Minneapolis Police Department and force those states on the adjacent suburbs as well as the Hennepin County Sheriff's Department and the Minnesota State Patrol.

This past week's warm-up, and attendent melt-off of the winter's snowpack and ice buildup, made this the earliest viable go time for rioting to go down. If the trial goes for the rest of March, and this weather holds, then by the time the acquital hits and the burnings start we'll be firmly into the Spring and fair-weather professional rioters will have no issue coming into town to do their thing.

The only uncertain thing is how fast they will spread their rioting into the surrounding suburbs, where they know the political support for Chauvin resides, because those same suburbs are full of the very shitlibs Antifa recruits from- they sure as shit don't recruit from working class neighborhoods or the ghettos. (The latter is a BLM preserve.)

Watch the Rhetoric surrounding this trial, and if you can monitor Antifa comms then check on what they're planning. If they think they can get away with raids on the suburbs that they can get away with smearing as being for Chauvin, they'll do it; if they can get some martyrs out of it, assurdly so, because they know the MN AG is one of their own (and that is why I say this is a sandbag job to give cover for rioting).

I foresee some very late nights ahead.

Narrative Warfare: Blonde Talks With Legalman On The Culture

Blonde in the Belly of the Beast posted a second video this week, this time a one-hour interview with Legalman talking about Conservatism (and why it fails), the culture (and why the shitlibs dominate), and the follow-ons from that.

Most of this is ground that you're familiar with, but coming from someone in the legal system as a lawyer gives recognition that there is no voiting our way out and there is not likely to be any litigating either; the enemy controls the counting and the courts, so they can--and do--say "Fuck you" to your efforts to use the system get remedies and make them stick. (Yes, "stick", as in actually enforced and carried out.)

Freedom Alternative On 2021 Happenings

Happy New Year. Freedom Alternative has a New Year's video talking his take on this year to come and how the fake and gay WuFlu pandemic plays into it.

His commentary is mostly about Europe, but since what afflicts his home of Romania is applicable throughout the West he's worth a listen. Also, it's good to get a perspective outside of the usual US-UK axis.

Noticing The Fixing of the Courts

The Supreme Dark Lord, Vox Day, noticed this article from The Hill. Excerpted below.

Juror 1261, we now know, was Tomeka Hart. Her identity would have remained publicly unknown except for a public statement she made after the Department of Justice (DOJ) rescinded its initial sentencing recommendation for Trump confidant Roger Stone. In the midst of the firestorm of allegations of political interference, Hart disclosed that she was the foreperson on the Stone jury and gave a full-throated defense of the trial prosecutors: “It pains me to see the DOJ now interfere with the hard work of the prosecutors.”

That statement led many people to Google her name, and what they found was a litany of postings not only hostile to President Trump and his administration but also specifically commenting on Stone and his arrest — before she ever appeared for jury duty.... Hart is a Democratic activist and critic of the Trump administration. She was the Memphis City Schools board president. Not surprisingly, given her political background (including a run for Congress), Hart has been vocal in public on her views of Trump and his associates.

She referred to the President with a hashtag of “klanpresident” and spoke out against “Trump and the white supremacist racists.” She posted about how she and others protested outside a Trump hotel and shouted, “Shame, shame, shame!” When profanities were projected on the Trump hotel, she exclaimed on Jan. 13, 2018, “Gotta love it.” On March 24, 2019, she shared a Facebook post — no longer public — while calling attention to “the numerous indictments, guilty pleas, and convictions of people in 45’s inner-circle.”

More worrisome are her direct references to Stone, including a retweeted post, in January 2019, from Bakari Sellers, again raising racist associations and stating that “Roger Stone has y’all talking about reviewing use of force guidelines.” She also described Trump supporters such as Stone as racists and Putin cronies.

In addition to her prior statements about Trump, his associates and this case, Hart is a lawyer. That only magnifies concerns that any bias on her part may have had a more pronounced influence on her fellow jurors.

In fact, except for a jury pool composed entirely of House impeachment managers, Hart would appear to be a standout for a peremptory challenge by the defense team over bias. That is why the most surprising aspect of this story is not the review of her public statements but the review of her examination before trial. The brief examination in the voir dire hearing shows that Hart did disclose her ties to the Democratic Party. U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson asked if Hart’s political history would prevent her from being fair, and Hart assured her it would not.

While Hart’s answers on the jury questionnaire remain sealed, Judge Jackson noted, “You've also indicated a fair amount of paying attention to news and social media, including about political things?” Hart does not volunteer that she did far more than “pay attention to news and social media” and was, in fact, an anti-Trump protester and social media critic.

To which the SDL said this:

The exposure of a jury plant demonstrates the same technique used in the media narrative, in town meetings, in political caucuses, in science propaganda, and every other type of collective activity in which the illusion of a majority consensus is required or deemed desirable.

He is correct. Anonymous Conservative routinely comments on exactly this. Below is just from today's post.

Michael Bloomberg’s Achilles heel is going to be not women or racism or gun control, but his business ties to China. What you begin to grasp when you play this game is that Cabal does not just make billionaires here and there, while others blissfully amass their fortunes honestly. Cabal is weak, because it is operating against the entire legal system, and the vast, vast majority of the people. It needs to hide, and indeed, work hard to never leave any tangible evidence of its existence. It is not in a strong position, even as it dominates, because its only strength is an easily attacked secrecy, and its control over the outlets in this country which could quickly reveal its secrets. But there are other outlets elsewhere, and evidence of its existence, and criminality, is everywhere. So Cabal is vulnerable, and money is power. Every billionaire is an immense threat, should they decide to blow the whistle. For that reason, Cabal does not just make billionaires, but it also actively works to destroy and suppress those individuals with billionaire-potential that it does not control. So Bloomberg, supported by Cabal, with dealings in China, probably will look very close to the what the Bidens look like if people take a close look at the origins of his money. He is likely a Cabal-creation.

(Emphasis is mine.)

This is it, right here. Empire, as I call it, is based on a lie. That lie cannot stand up to the truth, so the delusion bubble must be defended and expanded at all costs; this inevitably would take the form we recognize as an intelligence operation, but it is really a cult, and it gaslights its members as ruthlessly as it does the wider public that it is far more powerful than it actually is: the Gamma Male operating on the scope and scale of cosmic phenomenon.

And as with the title character in The Wizard of Oz, Empire doesn't want you to pay attention to the man behind the curtain. That's what's going on here; this was meant to go unnoticed, and therefore without blowback. Thanks to this woman's need to brag, and Mike Cernovich digging into it when he saw it, this is now getting mainstream press attention. The follow-up play, as Judge Napolitano said, is to declare a mistrial and do this again- preferably in a clean venue where Empire isn't running the courtroom or the jury box.

This is difficult, due to Empire successfully suborning American institutions for as long as the Long March has gone on, if not longer. We'll see if a Denied Area can be set up so Stone can get his new trial and with it the acquittal or minor fine (no jail time), but one thing is certain: the spat between Barr and Trump over the tweets are theater, meant to sucker the media--and it did--into pushing the "Barr is independent of Trump" narrative. He's not. That bit of theater is a distraction to cover the ongoing investigations and sealed indictments being piled up while the Senate cleans out the Federal Judiciary with Trump-loyal judges. Once a critical mass of the latter hits, then you can expect those indictments to be unsealed and prosecuted.

And those prosecutions? They'll go down in a Denied Area, ensuring that fuckery like what happened to Roger Stone is impossible. The mill grinds slow, but fine. Empire must fall.

Recommendation: Nick Rekieta

I'm making a formal recommendation here: follow Nick Rekieta on Twitter and YouTube.

Nick's one of the lawyers on YouTube that makes videos and does livestreams providing legal commentary on topics of interest. He became interested in the #KickVic controversy, first covering it and then getting involved when he assisted the accused--voice actor Vic Mignogna--in raising the funds required to mount a civil legal effort against the SJWs who initiated the attack.

His value, primarily, is in telling laymen how the law--American law, specifically--works in practice compared to how laymen think it operates. Secondarily is his complete and total animosity to the SJWs making geek media suck harder than a black hole, which often means he's dunking hard on them. We need men like this. First, he tells us how the rules of the game actually work so we can avoid making mistakes. Second, he helps keep up morale by word and deed. This man is valuable and should be supported.

As the situation with Vic Mignogna shows, he's able to step up and make things happen when he's convinced of the need to act. Because of him, Vic has the law firm of Beard Harris Bullock & Hughes at his back. Because of that suit, Frog God Games engaged the same firm to go after the SJWs attacking its man Bill Webb. Beard & associates will find more folks reaching out to them as they mount more successes against SJWs, proving that lawfare works. Nick's role in demonstrating this to us is not to be underestimated.

Naturally the SJWs that know of Nick know of his role in these affairs and seek to silence him. He briefly got punted off Twitter this past week, but because--as usual--the claims were baseless Twitter backed down and restore Nick's account. Even if you don't watch his livestreams, check the summaries that get made from his streams; they often focus on the key points of a given night's stream. He's proven worthy of our support.

Narrative Warfare: Lawfare Counterattacks

The Thralls of Empire have their own hierarchy. Social Justice Warriors are the goblins of the hierarchy, individually weak and cowardly but dangerous in numbers when whipped up to swarm against unready targets. Some of them are smarter than the average goblin and these act as shot-callers, pointing and shrieking to direct swarms upon targets. Many of them possess institutional positions as a result of Gramsci's Long March, producing poison-pill dispensers like this degenerate academic.

The worst threat they possess is in relying upon the targets' bewilderment at why they're being disemployed, made unemployable, denied access to the system of public and private economy/government recourse, etc. due to SJWs in the media (and their superiors) giving these goblins cover. The means by which these goblins operate is to interfere, successfully or not, with the ordinary affairs of the targets. Specifically by targeting their business/employment affairs. In the law, this is known as "tortious interference" and it is grounds for legal action.

We now have some targets that just last year would've folded faster than Superman on laundry day standing up and fighting back. One of them is North American voice actor Vic Mignogna, who's been the target of a coordinated campaign of such interference and defamation by those who heretofore claimed to be friendly, if not friends, of Mignogna. Lawyer Nick Rekieta began covering this affair, known as #KickVic after the attackers' Twitter hashtag, and a direct consequence of this was Vic retaining legal counsel and beginning a civil suit in Texas against the Texas-based elements of the swarm attacking him.

The usual cheap attempts to silence opposition by complaining to an amenable authority able to fire the target don't work against Rekieta; he owns his law firm, and the SJWs have found out the hard way that complaining to the relevant licensing board results in polite responses to fuck off. Unable to shut up Rekieta by cutting off his income, they fell back on silencing him on social media by successfully getting their allies in Twitter to banhammer him; as of this post, his intern's account--currently being targeted--is how he gets the word out on his livestreams.

The reason for targeting Rekieta was that he was not only effective in spreading the word about Vic's situation to a wider audience, but that he successfully raised funds for Vic's legal action. The SJWs thought that by shutting down Rekieta's Twitter account they would affect the fund-raising efforts; they were wrong. I expect that next will be a go at Rekieta'a YouTube channel, where he does most of the livestreaming; he has an account at Twitch if that goes down, so the swarm will go there next.

Once the word on Vic's legal resistance took off, more suits came forth. Todd Haberkorn has retained the same firm Vic did because the same SJWs going after Vic are now after him, and we now known that tabletop SJWs are going to finally face the music because Frog God Games has done the same. The firm, Beard & Associates, is known for being ruthless; the SJWs--one and all--are in denial as to the severity of their difficulty. They've tried and failed to shut down Beard via complaints as they failed to do with Rekieta, and as the firm (and its members) are low-profile online there's nothing to deplatform.

The goblins are at a loss. This is all they can do to attack the legal efforts resisting them. This is the whole of their playbook, outside of those with Antifa ties, and these SJWs lack such ties. Desperation leads to dangerous action, however, once those in denial manage to face up the to the threat and do something about it that isn't in their usual playbook.

In short, Lawfare works. For now. Use it while you can, and get ready for the alternative when it fails.

Red Ice Radio: Somalis in Minnesota Steal Millions in Welfare Scam, Money Goes To Terrorists

Red Ice Radio released this video to its site members a few days ago, and now put this out via YouTube due to its importance.

Henrik talks about the massive daycare welfare scam that Somalis have been running in Minnesota in order to funnel millions of dollars to Islamic jihadist group al-Shabaab.

It's not just the Somalis taking advantage of the situation. The local power dynamics (dominated by the Twin Cities area) have been no less shameless in doing so.

The SJWs in the local Democratic party (DFL, for Democrat-Farmer-Labor) see the Somalis as they do the local Black and Hispanic populations: subject populations easily weaponized against the native Minnesotan and Indian populations. This means that they pursue the High Sparrow strategy, and accordingly you can find the usual suspects among the shot-callers. The local Republicans, until recently, has been entirely composed of Cuckservatives because (aside from gun control) they are now being challenged by pro-Trump insurgents on an increasing basis. You don't hear about any of this in the media. Not without the expected Narrative Warfare spin.

The urban-rural split often talked about in American politics is exacerbated by the SJWs dominance in urban institutions, especially in state government and education, which is the primary means by which they spread the poz here. This is why the state government has been hostile to the Federal government, especially after Trump's election, and maintains contempt for measures--however milquetoast and lukewarm--that would check the undue influence that these hostile aliens possess such as Voter ID regulations.

They need to go. This is an alien population of unfriendly (if not hostile) foreign nations who have neither the need nor the want to assimilate into the American Republic. They have no issues in their culture, as with other problem subcultures in the area that the DFL keeps as subject populations to weaponize, with lying to the American people and exploiting we Americans for their benefit. They don't belong, and they need to go now--peacefully via deportation--before the extant issues escalate into violence and they get removed permanently by popular force.

Yes, all of them. Yes, even the citizens; that must be stripped. Yes, they need to be banned forever from re-entry. Yes, if they resist then they should be regarded as Agents of a Hostile Foreign Power engaged in Sedition and dealt with accordingly- and summarily. Otherwise we shall go the route of Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and the United Kingdom- and unlike those countries, the violence will not be one-sided once that threshold gets breached.

Dayton is a traitor. His High Sparrow allies are also traitors. Their deeds make it plain. They also need to go, and be punished accordingly. We can't wait for Trump to do it for us. They serve Empire, and Empire Must Fall.
